   I highly recommend Hollis Dental Practice to anyone considering dental treatment. I recently completed an Invisalign journey with them, and the results have been incredible I honestly can’t believe the transformation! Roshni and the entire team were supportive, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final stages, everything was clearly explained, including the costs and timeline. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their exceptional aftercare they were always available and genuinely invested in my progress. I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome and so grateful for the care I received.

   I’ve been going to Hollis dental for years since I was young and always had great experience! I took my little boy to see Roshni the other week, little nervous as it was his first appointment but she was so lovely and quick there was no fuss! She offered me advice on how to care for my little ones teeth so fingers crossed no issues in the future!

   Incompetent. Everything is “too complicated” for them. My father had treatment done here which one of the dentists managed to make worse and was not able to fix so said it was too complicated for her and referred him elsewhere. The same happened with another family member. And not to forget the ridiculous time scales for appointments and then their systems happen to “not work”. This place is a major health risk, stay clear.

   Can’t thank the whole team enough for the care and expertise they have showed throughout my 20+ years as a patient. The positive impact on my physical health has gone beyond what I thought was possible. They are all miracle workers in their own right. And I always feel completely assured with everyone in the practice - from reception to the dentists themselves. It is a huge help to have them available to assist with any issue or slight panic whenever it crops up and however big or small. Feel completely in the best hands possible and very pleased with the result of my hygienist, whitening and bonding. Thank you doesn’t quite cut it!

   The dentist themselves are nice, but I have had bad experiences with the reception team. First, my referrals neveer went through apparently, I had to refer myself on the website 4 times before they got back to me. Then I had appointments cancelled at short notice, but when I had to cancel an appointment, they told this was a mark on my record, as if we are still at school. I then tried to cancel an appointment again as I am disabled and was unable to get assistance that day, and the reception was closed, but I was told that wasn't a valid reason to cancel late, even though I couldn't cancel with them as there was no one answering the phone. Then I recently missed an appointment as I had been broken into, and was dealing with the police, and the receptionist had no compassion for the horrible situation I was in, and told me I was removed from the books. I can assure them I would much rather have been at the dentist than dealing with the massive invasion to my home and hundreds of pounds worth of damage, but the callous tone of the receptionist was really the cherry on top. I will now have to go elsewhere to fix the damage to my tooth caused here, as following the filling I had, I am unable to eat with my right side. As I said, the dentist themselves are lovely, but I wouldn't recommend it.

   I registered at the practise as an NHS patient and I was very pleasantly surprised. Friendly receptionist and the dentist Dr Sam Protty was brilliant (and calming). He told me straight away what is the issue with my front teeth what other dentists failed to identify in the past 5 years. Just before I walked in I quickly snapped a pic of my teeth and one when I got home (colour is different due to the light). The picture speaks for itself. I would recommend to anyone to register at this practise.
