   Silvia is an absolute angel. After encountering far too many narcissists in Bali posing as healers—more interested in my wallet than my wellbeing—I had nearly given up hope. I was at my wits’ end, desperate for someone to help me integrate the chaos of not just the past year, but honestly, my entire life. And that’s when Silvia appeared. I was broken. I was suffering constantly. I didn’t want to do this anymore. I was in the most dangerous stage of my crisis yet, and it was clear I wouldn’t make it alone. Silvia created the perfect environment for healing—one where I could finally co-regulate. Her presence helped calm my nervous system and allowed my emotions to move through me naturally, instead of being suppressed by the chronic sense of unsafety that had kept me trapped in endless cycles of pain. I was stuck—truly stuck—and Silvia showed me the light at the end of the tunnel. My reality shifted quickly. Life opened up in magical, almost surreal ways. I had to pinch myself at times just to believe it. Without Silvia, I wouldn’t have made the massive turnaround I did. Within weeks, I went from lying in bed all day, surviving on YouTube, to taking public transport, dancing again, even going on a holiday to the Lake District. I went from surviving to living. Silvia genuinely puts your wellbeing above all else. In a world (and especially a “spiritual” world) riddled with money-grabbing pseudo-healers, meeting Silvia was a breath of fresh air. She’s deeply compassionate, heart-centered, and brings an incredible range of tools and insights to each session. It really shows how much she lives from her heart and how deeply she wants to help. What blew me away was her dedication—checking in, researching between sessions, and showing a level of care and commitment that felt almost too good to be true. She was exactly the support I needed. I’m endlessly grateful to her. Even though I no longer feel the urgent need for sessions, I know I have an open connection and can reach out anytime I need. If you’re reading this and something in it resonates—take it as your sign. Help might just be a WhatsApp message away.    Hi I’m Iain, I’m in my 50’s and have had difficulty with my trauma for most of my life, in relationships and with my own Polaroid of my life. I’ve been working with the Skylight Healing Room (SHR) remotely for some time now, I moved to NZ from the UK 8 years ago, and now I’m in Oz, but one thing has remained constant, my work with SHR. I was lost, I was angry, and my self esteem was nonexistent. I was repeatedly making the same relationship mistakes and experiencing self destructive tendencies more frequently than I would have liked. My trauma was literally killing me. I didn’t know where to start or how to save myself. It started with a simple conversation with Silvia, which then grew in to a deep exploration of my soul, Silvia made it so easy to decompress, to communicate, to let go and grow.. we had endless conversations about human design and the psychology and anthropology of the human and spiritual condition. My sessions with Silvia weren’t just a text book regurgitation of methodologies, they were real time boundless excursions into my personal experiences and how the universe has shaped my experiences. I received endless personal support which continues today and Silvia’s approach doesn’t come from some self involved, entitled diva… it felt and still feels like a spirit guide on my shoulder, guiding me and giving me permission to explore my self consciousness and find my own answers….    Silvia is a very warm and caring healer. I had a few sessions of Bowen and I was very impressed with the level of depths she brings to the table. Silvia's knowledge is above and beyond any other healers I've worked with. She offers a lot of guidance and different methods towards optimal healing.    Silvia walks her talk, and, as such, knows what she talks about from the inside out, through lived experience. I personally find that invaluable. I have seen many therapists over my 17 year (so far) healing journey. Some understand the physical aspects of healing, others work just with the mental or emotional layers of healing, and a few understand the spiritual aspects of healing but don't lower themselves to work with the body too! Silvia has a deep understanding of working with all these layers of our being. A holistic approach that she tailors for each person and where they are at in themselves at the time they visit her. I can deeply and genuinely recommend Silvia. Her therapy room, is a beautiful and healing space in and of itself, but her presence in the mix too brings magic.    Wonderful experience speaking with Silvia, she spoke with me about myself, my partner and the path my young daughter will take in life. I've never been more blown away!    If you want to find peace, if you want your body to be in harmony with your mind and soul and if you want to connect with inner yourself then you find the right place. Silvia is more than a therapist or a healer. She is the creation of pure creation and she will know exactly what you need in order to help you in any need or place you might be. She is an amazing Bowen therapist and she helped me and my mum in many situations, she is and amazing therapist and always giving the best advices and more then this she will bring the light you need in your life whatever your life path will seem to take you. So I highly recommend Silvia as she has many years of experience and helped so many people during her career and I think her life path is to help other in this life .    I highly recommend Silvia as a therapist!! She is a very warm, empathetic, generous, attentive person and a beautiful soul :) Silvia's voice is so calm, relaxing, gentle and soothing to my body and soul, I love it! Thanks to the Bowen Therapy sessions which Silvia held for me, I healed my discomfort and bleeding during ovulation, I experienced wonderful relaxation sessions with visualizations.    Silvia is a warm hearted and wonderful lady. I felt comfortable immediately as she has such a friendly and vibrant energy. Silvia holds extensive knowledge around many areas from inner child work to Human Design. Silvia explains everything in much detail often working around a point until I understood. But everything she tells you is with pure enthusiasm and a twinkle in the eye. I worked with Silvia for 5 weeks and in that time she helped me to face some of my biggest challenges and really push myself with a safe space and support. I learned a lot about myself through exploratory work. She taught me many coping mechanisms and how to connect more with my body to free my mind. What I loved about our program was the combination of Bowen - as the physical, to combine it with more abstract topics, after all they're all connected. The Healing Room itself is tranquil and peaceful, full of green and has many good books you can take note of. Silvia is so lovely, offering fruits and a large range of amazing tea and is just so giving in general. I recommend Silvia's services so much. She holds your hand (metaphorically) and guides you through your process, slowly and softly.
