   The dentist was excellent. He greeted me with a warm smile and nice small talk and after examination he gave me all the information and tips about brushing, maintaining oral hygiene, etc. Overall, a very positive experience. The hygienist did a good job but she said goodbye immediately after the treatment, and I had to ask her if there was plaque in my teeth and how she felt my teeth were in general. That's why the 4 stars.

   DO NOT GO HERE: I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. Earlier this year, I saw one of their dentists who initially told me my teeth were "perfect." Moments later, after deciding to "double-check," they suddenly claimed to have found two areas of decay requiring fillings costing around £500 (can’t remember if they were each or total cost) but I felt something was off and chose not to proceed (not because of the price but how they suddenly “discovered” two areas of decay after claiming my teeth were “perfect”. Six months later, I returned and saw a different dentist at the same clinic, who again told me my teeth were completely healthy with no issues at all. This left me extremely concerned about the accuracy and consistency of the assessments here. I'm genuinely relieved I trusted my instincts and didn't go ahead with unnecessary treatment. I also found the reception team difficult to deal with — despite giving NINE days' notice to cancel an appointment (giving more than the required notice,) I was still told it wasn't enough and was warned I might be removed from the system because of an unrelated cancellation over a year ago!!!! Over 1 YEAR AGO. Overall, my experience felt confusing, unprofessional, and stressful. Based on what I went through, I cannot recommend this clinic.

   I had an excellent experience with Dr. Robbie. He was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I cannot speak highly enough of Sam. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable. She kept checking in on me throughout the appointment, making sure I was relaxed and understood what was happening. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and it made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients, and their friendly manner makes such a difference

   I hadn’t been to the dentist for many years and was very nervous to go. Dentist Dania and dental nurse Siobhan were so welcoming and reassuring. I had nhs maternity exemption and was pleased to be able to use this at the dental surgery. Overall great experience, modern practise and friendly team! Will make sure it’s a regular thing!    Having only recently joined the practice I was a bit unsure of what to expect as in my experience all dentist surgeries are different in their own way. I can honestly say this is the BEST practice I’ve ever been to. The hygienist was so gentle, the assistants are fantastic, the reception staff are polite, helpful & knowledgeable. The dentist I seen for my recent work managed to anaesthetise me without me feeling the injections……I know right!!!? Honestly I’m so glad I joined here, cannot recommend highly enough to anyone who may be thinking of joining, I’d say hurry up before there’s no spaces left.

   I have received great treatment at Dental Beauty Bedfont. Recently I started my Invisalign journey and the staff have been so supportive and helpful. I’ve had regular visits to the hygienist and check ups and all of the staff from the receptionists to the dentists are always friendly and make me feel at ease. Before I attended here I had a fear of the dentist but I do not have this fear anymore. Would highly recommend

   I've only just started to use this dentist as the one I used before, couldn't help me when I had a filling drop out. I have been going to the dentist for many years and with my last one for 30. But I was pleasantly surprised and completely blown away but the friendly atmosphere and the great care this practice has given me. It turned out I need more treatment and so far attended 3 times with a further 2 to go. I've never looked forward to attending a dentist but now I'm not so worried or concerned but in a funny way look forward to going. Strange I know! My new dentist is Jimmy and the last nurse was Sam. They made me feel relaxed and the dentist worked professionally and compassionately. The two working on reception are lovely staff, they are a credit to the practice. Such warm and polite people, two welcoming people who make the whole experience great. Thank you Hollie and Karen...well done. I've realised that just because being a regular for 30 years should be seen as a good thing, there are others who actually are better, I'm glad I've moved. Thank you to all of you. Russell

   My son went for treatment at Dental Beauty with dentist Neha and the assisting dental nurse was Sam. I am so impressed with everything overall they were both so gentle and warming they made my son feel at such ease being his first time having treatment. The whole experience was friendly the reception staff are lovely I couldn't fault anything about the appointment. Amazing 10/10.
