   I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Priya Patel, and the results truly exceeded my expectations. From the very first consultation, she was incredibly thorough, patient and reassuring. Throughout the entire process, she monitored my progress closely and made adjustments whenever needed to ensure the best possible outcome. Her professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made me feel confident every step of the way. I am so happy with my new smile and couldn’t have asked for a better dentist.    I had a wisdom tooth extraction today with Elizabeth Kennedy and it was so smooth. I was extremely nervous for the injections, they let me have numbing gel and went slowly, I barely felt a pinch and it was nowhere near as bad as i remembered it being last time. The tooth was taken out within a couple of minutes, both her and the dental nurse were amazing, very reassuring and made it as comfortable as possible.

   I used to hate going to the dentist and did not go for 10 years until I met Pammi. Absolutely the best dentist around. Kind, caring and compassionate. As result of being his patient for 18 months, I look forward to my 6 monthly check up. Special shout out to the lovely team on reception, just an absolute joy to see. I always leave with a smile. A lovely practice that really has my faith and trust as a patient.

   This practise of Bupa Staines is tarnishing the good name of Bupa. The staff are extremely moody and hesitant to help. I called to enquire about a treatment and informed them I’m having problems and would need private treatment and I was going to another branch but my dentist had left and was after a new one closer to home. The receptionist told me that maybe I should learn to use maps correctly as there’s another branch closer to my house. The cheek and the audacity of the staff member tried to speak to manager but she said the calls are not recorded and can’t help me with my complaint and suggested I go back to my old Bupa branch. Could Bupa head office or area manager contact me and investigate the branch manager as her attitude is not fit English to manager your branch. New customers stay away

   I joined this practise as I saw all the good reviews on Google and all the staff are every great, however I had a compliant to make regarding something and the branch manager a lady who didn’t state her name said if I don’t like the practice I should find a new one. I’m extremely disappointed with her attitude and actions and hopefully someone from bupa head office can raise an investigation please as she didn’t even listen to my compliant just had a rant at me then cut the call. All I wanted to do is state my concerns about something and I wasn’t even given the chance to speak. I’ve noticed some comments and reviews from other customers stating the the branch manager has discriminated them maybe this is more than a trend now and discrimination shouldn’t be tolerated.

   Had a dental appointment with Dr. Nik and a hygienist session with Adelaide on 2 consecutive days. Both were very professional and excellent. Adelaide in particular was super gentle with my very sensitive teeth. My fears of the dentist were allayed and I found that I could even relax in the chair!

   I went for an impacted wisdom teeth issue , and the dentist couldn’t even help me saying he cannot removed the teeth. Sarcastic comments from staff. The teeth been removed from a different dentist in 10 minutes time. I don’t understand why I paid privately for the appointment and medication they gave me. Would never go back here…
