   Excellent service, professional, polite and friendly staff. As a family, we are very grateful to have our dentist at Hamilton Dental Care. My daughter and I went for our annual dental care service last Friday, the 5th of December 2025. Selma, was the Dentist who looked after us. My daughter did hers first. She could not stop talking about Selma. "Mummy the dentist is so lovely, very friendly and polite". I am so happy". Selma subsequently met with me that afternoon. In short, very professional, explained everything carefully, showed me an X-ray of my teeth and addressed all concerns. Selma's assistant that day was Rabina. She was also very calm, friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you very much, both . Keep up your efficient service.    I recently visited the clinic for dental treatment with Dr. Salma Al Qutubi, and I had an excellent experience. Dr. Salma is extremely gentle, polite and genuinely caring about how the patient feels during treatment. She made sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable at every step. The entire team, including the dental assistant and the receptionist, were very helpful, friendly and professional. Their service is amazing. I previously had a bad experience with another dentist in Tooting, so this positive experience meant a lot to me. The difference in care and professionalism at this clinic is outstanding. I am very happy with the treatment and service i received. Highly recommended!

   Not impressed at all. I was told £45 for a check up but when it came to paying, I was charged £61 as I had to pay for the X-Rays?! No one told me this, prior, while offering no accountability, let alone apology for their error. In order to fully conduct a check-up it may require certain things, i.e. an X-Ray. Therefore, if an X-ray is necessary, then surely this should be included within a full check-up, otherwise it would be incomplete. So being charged extra for the dentist to complete one assessment is ridiculous and it is very poor practise to not inform me of the hidden extra costs. I was told my concern would be fed back to the dentist, however, I've heard nothing back. Edit: Response to: "We’ve invested over £60,000 in advanced digital x-ray technology..." It's not the public's concern how much you spend on your equipment - the X-ray serves the same purpose it always has (plus previously never chargeable). It's down to you to provide a health service, not only focussing on profit. Dentists have a bad enough reputation for overcharging and now you're making it worse by charging to take an X-ray. I reiterate, if an X-ray is required, it is part of a full check-up by definition, not opinion. During the current cost of living crisis, The fact you couldn't refund me the difference despite your mistake of not informing me of the hidden costs is, again, poor practise. Unless you re-evaluate these simple practises and improve on your lack of clarity on costs, I cannot return. It's not just the fees itself, but the principle of transparency and fairness that really matters.

   I’ve been on the NHS waiting list. Last Tuesday I’ve got an email that I can book in and immediately called the practice. I asked if I could be sent a reminder and they said yes. Literally the only “reminder” I was sent was at 16:44 that same Tuesday whilst I was on the phone with them. Now I’ve received a letter stating that under the “NHS guidelines”, they can no longer see me because I missed my appointment although they sent reminders. What a load of BS! First of, reminders did not happen, second of, maybe there is a critical reason behind missing it. I’ve been sent a lot paperwork to fill in (complete waste of my time) but not one reiterated your practice policy or DNA! Then you have the audacity to welcome me privately instead. I literally thought I’d do the checkup/cleaning on the NHS, then discuss teeth whitening and other cosmetic procedures if I liked the practice but no thanks, hard pass -

   I am always happy with my visits to Hamilton Dental Care, the Doctors and nurses have helped me a lot over the last 16 years and I am most grateful to them. Dr Anette is a very good dentist and the thing I like best is she is very strict about brushing and getting rid of stains. This is the best form of dentistry as it is prevention rather than cure.
