   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Whitton Corner Dental Practice Review Whitton Corner, Percy Road The reception staff, Nadia and Asha, are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. They both provide excellent customer service and make every visit a pleasant experience. Since registering my family with the practice, we have never been disappointed. Dr. Teja is polite, professional, and always offers great advice on how to maintain healthy teeth. A truly wonderful team — thank you all for your kindness and outstanding service!

   I have been here a couple times now and today’s experience was night and day to the last time. It blew me out of the water! Asha at reception was amazing and got both me and my wife an appointment straight away as they had received two cancellations. As an American, I’m used to good customer service and I was shocked to receive it here in the UK! Thank you Asha! Then the dentist Tejal was absolutely amazing! She put me right at ease and was so friendly and professional! Best dental experience I’ve had in my life. I would highly recommend her! My wife’s dentist, Alex, was also exceptional! He was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. He helped her straight away and solved her dental needs same day! Such professionalism and customer service from everyone! Thank you to the whole team from the bottom of our hearts!

   I feel very lucky to be a patient at Whitton Corner Dental Surgery. I always see Ivonne who is a very experienced dentist with a quiet reassuring manner. The ladies on the reception desk are always friendly and very helpful. They inform you in advance of the price of the procedures you are due to have done. So no big shocks at the end of the treatment. If you are nervous about going to a dentist, then this is the place for you, as there is a professional, calmness about the whole experience.

   I am newly registered at the practice and had my first appointment yesterday. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and very helpful in answering my questions. The Facilities were modern and the Dentist saw me on time even though I was at the end of the day. Both dentist and dental nurse were very professional but friendly and seemed very capable. I’m definitely glad I made the change to this Dentist!

   Will highly recommend to anyone Had to book an emergency appointment the lady at reception took my name and number and ensure if any cancellations she would call me straight away which she did and I had an appointment the very next day. Very efficient and professional service from the reception team. Tejal and her assistant were amazing as usual and just heard the sad news that she will be leaving which is a great shame as she has been brilliant and always made sure she got the issue sorted Just hoping the replacement person will be good as her and match her high standards and resolving any issue.

   Overall experience was okay, the staff were really nice and friendly; I usually get nervous going to the dentist and I felt fairly at ease. However, throughout my appointment it became clear that the dentist was trying to upsell products from their partner (private) dentist practice. I understand the importance of making a sale, but I began to feel that my health was less important than the dentist trying to convince me to get Invisalign braces. All my treatment options were then very begrudgingly offered via the NHS, but only after they had explained how it simply wasn't as good as the private option. Again, this was a case of selling a product rather than keeping the patient's wellbeing in mind. I would prefer to feel like a patient during my visit, not a consumer, client, or customer.
