Mr Bromage has been one of the best doctors I have come across. Becoming my surgeon without meeting me due to emergency circumstances, he looked after me meticulously. He truly wanted the best for me and performed a ureter reimplantation that has saved my kidney function and also improved it. Indebted to his skill and care.

Thank you so much to Professor Grey who successfully removed kidney stones in both kidneys which allowed me to have my life with no more uti’s and to be able to eat all citrus foods again. He is truly the most amazing specialist

I sincerely express my deepest gratitude to Mr Ben Grey for the exceptional care he has provided throughout my treatment. He always took the time to explain the options and address all my concerns with patience. I thank Mr Grey for the huge improvement to my condition following the procedure he recommended and executed.

My husband was recently discharged from the care of Prof Ben Grey following surgery for removal of a kidney stone. We felt very fortunate to have a surgeon so outstandingly skilled and experienced as Prof Grey. He took time to explain our options very clearly so my husband felt able to make well-informed choices about his treatment. Prof Grey was always positive and caring which lifted our spirits throughout. Prof Grey's secretary, Nicola, was tremendous: always approachable and very efficient; often a detailed letter summarising our discussions and next steps would have popped up in our email by the time we had arrived home from our consultation. We highly recommend Prof Grey and the Manchester Urology Group.

To note: first time flexible cystoscopy, microscopic hematuria for 8 months and previous reoccurring UTIs (none for 5 months now) and very low pain threshold Visited Prof Grey and although he told me not to lose sleep over a flexible cystoscopy, naturally I googled everything and lost sleep. I attended the appointment today and i can honestly say in terms of pain, I’ve had worse smears and blood tests. The procedure was very short, the local anaesthetic was inserted which had a minor sting (not painful to any degree) and the camera swiftly after. The initial insertion was uncomfortable (but not painful) for a second or two. Once inside, there was no discomfort, also the same once it was removed. Staff were professional, friendly and informative. Genuinely had a smear on two days before which was more uncomfortable. I hope this helps anyone with their worries.

I had a prostate procedure(TURPS) earlier this month at the Alexandra Hospital, Cheadle. A friend, who had previously experienced similar problems, recommended Mr. Stephen Brown. Within two weeks, I had had my consultation and been given a date for surgery which went very well. I found Mr. Brown to be very professional, friendly and reassuring and I can’t thank him enough. The treatment I received was excellent and has enabled me to resume a normal life

Was looked after by Professor Ben Gray and the service that I received was fantastic. He could not have dealt with me with anymore care or consideration and my issue was dealt with really quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody

Awesome experience! I was suffering from ED and Azoospermia since last 2 years. I met several urologists/andrologists and they had conflicting views about the actual reason behind it. I never felt confident to get treatment from them. Finally, I met Dr. Vaibhav Modgil and he explained to me clearly the reason behind the problem and how he can help us in planning a baby. He performed a surgical sperm retrieval (micro-TESE) for me and recovered a good amount of sperm for my wife's IVF/ICSI. I was also suffering from prepetual adhesions for which he performed a minor procedure to divide them and make them normal too. His confidence and patient-friendly approach made us feel overwhelmed. We are highly grateful to him. Lot of respect for him. Thank you very much doctor! :)
