   Was seen straight away, the service was amazing all the staff were very polite, very clean and also very gentle! Every step I was asked if I liked them, if I wanted any changes even when the acrylic powder was used I was still asked if I liked it. I shown an inspiration photo the woman did such an amazing job (thank you so much) this place deserves a better review! I will definitely be back soon! I couldn’t recommend a better place!!! I am so in love with my nails thank you so much!

   Great service. I had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to all who came in. I waited 25 minutes with 3 people in front of me. They managed to fit me in and did natural french fingers and shellac toes in 35 minutes to a high standard for 40 pound. I saw a woman getting a.pedicure and it looked amazing, I will have to book myself in. The only reason I marked it down to 4 stars is my toe paint could have been a little closer to my cuticles, however I did not notice, I will ask them next time as I know they are very receptive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially if youre strapped for time

   Absolutely appalling customer service, the guy who works there hasn’t got a clue what he is doing. He tells you it is a half hour wait, then blatantly starts serving customers who have come in after you because they ask for a higher paid service! This has happened a few times now! After him telling me it was a half hour wait, I noticed it was going way beyond half hour and I had a meal booked in Liverpool, so when I asked how much longer after sitting there for ages, he said another half hour! If he had told me it was over an hour wait in the first place I would of left it! They do not care about there customers at all, it’s a disgrace!

   Very pleasant on arrival, but talked none stop in their own language which became very irritating very quickly. Was charged £25 for the worst nails I’ve ever had done. All different lengths and all lob sided. An Absolute mess, total waste of money!
