It’s been two years since my kids see Dr Shalini Anand as NHS patients and I’m happy so far. Friendly staff and attentive dentist. It worth mentioning that they send notifications when you are due for routine appointments which is very helpful for busy moms.
Today was my first time at Dentalessence and from the moment I walked into the practice all of the staff were friendly, pleasant, kept me well informed and at ease. The lady working at reception was top class, so friendly & couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend! Great practice & people.
I followed Simran from my last dental practice to this one because she is an incredible dentist who knows my mouth well and understands my fears. She is gentle and pragmatic and only does things if it’s absolutely necessary and basically she helps me keep my difficult teeth and gums in check! Her nurse is also lovely and always makes this nervous woman feel at ease! Generally the practice staff are amazing and polite and always ready to help
My two children see Dentist Lithusha Linganathan, and she is absolutely wonderful with them. After our last visit, my son even asked if we could stay longer! She takes the time to ask about how they’re brushing their teeth and is incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
We visited with my baby for her first ever dental appointment and Dr DEEBA was great in making my baby feel comfortable and safe. She explained everything I needed to know about baby oral hygiene and maintaining her teeth healthy right from the start. I’m very impressed with her approach and highly recommend with both hands. Cannot thank the team highly enough. Super friendly reception staff and the most fantastic dentist. A very anxious patient and was put immediately at ease. Dr Das is a credit to the industry with her knowledge, empathy and reassuring nature, let alone her thorough examination and easy to understand explanations. Her dental nurse Lorraine too was super friendly and a huge part of the pleasant experience. Highly recommend and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I was terrified of dentists before I tried this private clinic. The reception staff are not only gorgeous but so polite and helpful and the dentists are AMAZING! Need advice but your dentist isn't working? One of the others is immediately on the phone to advise you. Have an emergency? They pick up and book you in straight away. Worried about the cost? They confirm and quote immediately. Worried about being overcharged or quoted for work that's not necessary? It won't happen at this practice. I cannot recommend enough, it's been life changing for me. My dentist Sachin has helped me with not only an infected root canal, but also porcelain veneers and even contacted another professional on my behalf to ask about the 3 impacting wisdom teeth I have been waiting 2yrs to have removed on the NHS. He makes me laugh at appointments and now smile more than ever before, with my beautiful veneers. I have had no problems whatsoever with them. They fit beautifully, look great, are easy to keep clean, no pain & no issues. It's like having a stronger set of teeth and a fresh start. I should also state that he puts up with my moaning free of charge, for which he deserves a medal!
