I don’t usually complain but, I Got my nails done less than a week ago and they started peeling and chipping the day I got them. Just very disappointed

Staff are very good The wait is abit long we waited well over an hour , people had booked appointments and still ran late to see those people due to walk ins they’d already started, usually my nails here are brilliant and NEVER lift at all , but this most recently set I’ve had have lifted quite a lot, so abit disappointed. But overall , nails and staff are usually very good

Lovely people, very honest when it comes to the health of your nails. Was told to wait a week while I gave my nails time to heal due to them being damaged. Definitely recommend Cici Nail Bar

The staff are really lovely, welcoming and friendly. Sadly, the girl who did my Pedicure was very, very rough and it hurt! Every toe was bleeding and this morning they all hurt so now my toes are a bit of a mess… though the guy who did my nails (hands) was very good.

Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all, 3 of us come in for acrylics, waited an hour to been seen and then was sat waiting whilst they seen other people. My friend was still waiting to be seen after 2 hours of waiting then when she was seen they took another hour and a half to do the nails! Spend all day sitting inside! Nails are decent but wonky and got charged for longer nails! Came half 3 and left 7:42. Wont be here again, terrible.

I would not recommend this business or coming here to get your nails done when there are so many other credible places in Wrexham to visit. I came here today to get a gel manicure and pedicure and there was a 30 minute wait despite me having booked 4 days in advance. This wasn’t a big issue I understand that as a business they have walk- in clients and this is beyond control. I sat down to have my nails done by a lady with short hair who proceeded to file down all of my nails despite there being no polish on them and without using any solution proceeded to paint them without cutting my cuticles. She then decided to cut my cuticles without using any oil to push them back which resulted in bleeding cuticles. The colour was fine but she painted outside the lines and when she tried to clean them up she ended up spreading them even further out. I mentioned this at the time and tried not to cause a scene. She then proceeded to argue with another member of staff and was more rigorous with my manicure. The pedicure was the speediest one I’ve ever experienced. It was really rushed and again no cuticles were cut and not was there any solution/ pre- gel application solution which I’ve always seen technicians use before hand (of the 10 or so I’ve visited in my lifetime anyway). The whole experience was stressful and I definitely would not recommend coming here. I would give no stars if I could to be honest and have never left a single bad review on any company page but after the experience I have had today I couldn’t not let people know. I would recommend you go to other nail bars like Hannah’s which is 1 min walk away and much better quality/ better service. I have had to go home and use my own gel remover to remove all of the excess from around the nail. I have never had a manicure like this in my life. The gel was all over the place and she refused to properly clean it and when I asked she said she’d charge an extra £5 for this service (for a gel manicure she did!). I ended paying and leaving as soon as possible after washing my hands with a bleeding finger! My toes were messy as well but thankfully you don’t see them up close. My nails will need to be redone so I had wasted month on coming here. I would highly recommend not coming here and if you do I would recommend not using the lady with the short hair as she was extremely rude and treated me so badly making me bleed for up to 15 minutes and kept towelling me it was fine even though I had told her it hurt me.
