    Used this salon for the 1st time today. Went 1st thing and i didnt need to wait. They did a lovely job on my bitten, short nails. They listened to what i wanted and cracked on with it. Would recommend.

    Went in to get some acrylics, the man didn't say anything waited for me to sit down for a minute or two then asked what I wanted, he asked if I have appointment and I said no he just started chuckling and shaking his head and rolling his eyes at the other customers in there, turned to another staff who wasn't doing anything, snickered at them and whispered to each other then said if you are gonna wait around then maybe, then tehy both snickered and went back to their conversation, ignoring me. I immediately left as he made me feel very humiliated just for not having an appointment, when it was not even busy. I could hear him talking about me as I left to other customers, horrible people, very unprofessional, never going again, I will stick to my usual in Chester. AVOID

    First set of acrylics in over a year. The whole process made me feel very safe with excellent levels of cleanliness and social distancing. The team are really friendly and professional. I feel so much better now I have my nails back, although it's taking time to get used to the length again!
