From the moment I arrived, Dr Nuno Ferreira and the entire team made me feel calm, comfortable, and well cared for. The procedure was explained clearly beforehand, which really helped ease my nerves. The extraction itself was quick and surprisingly painless, and the dentist was incredibly gentle and reassuring throughout the process.    I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr. Aliki and the whole team for taking such great care of me throughout my orthodontic treatment with braces over the past 3 and a half years. From start to finish, they have always been there to support me, answer my questions, and help whenever I had any issues. I had a very complex case which required a lot of patience and attention and I feel Dr Aliki and the team have done an amazing job. Everyone at the practice is extremely friendly and welcoming they’ve truly become like family. A special shoutout also goes to Dr. Joana and Dr. Nuno, who have both played an important part in my treatment journey. I am so pleased with my results and couldn’t be happier with my smile. I would highly recommend Dr. Aliki or Dr. Joana for orthodontic treatment, and Dr. Nuno for cosmetic work, as he is absolutely amazing too.

   Highly recommend The Neem Tree Esher. Initially going there for emergency treatment with Dr Nuno a few years ago, I feel blessed to have found such an incredible dentist. This week, despite having an appointment booked for the Saturday, Dr Nuno gave up his Wednesday evening to squeeze me in at 8pm (already a late finish for him) after I emailed the practice with concern about a dislodged implant earlier that afternoon. Am certain other dentists would’ve had no issue making me wait until the scheduled appointment a few days later. Separately, he removed wisdom teeth for a family member with skill and care. Dr Shivani is great with kids; the reception team is delightful and extremely helpful; and the practice itself is a really lovely space. All in all a fantastic dental practice!

   All of the staff that I’ve met are incredibly friendly and full of knowledge. The practice helped me when I was in desperate need of dental work, and they booked me in quickly and sorted me out! Dr Ali has been my dentist and is very professional, kind and understanding. Celeste, the receptionist, is always so welcoming and always wears a smile! Neem Tree will be my go-to dentist for years to come.

   I used to be proud of my teeth but due to previous medical issues and other factors I suffer significant problems, which cause me significant anxiety and affect my pride. I went to see Alice at The Neem Tree who worked her magic, and was extremely sensitive and compassionate towards me throughout my treatment. I had seen her interaction with other patients and her kind friendly approach genuinely put me at ease. She is a huge credit to the practice and made an enormous difference to me!!
