   I highly recommend Thames Street Dental. I was looking for a local dentist in Kingston, and felt this practice was by far the best of the ones I looked at. Right from my first appointment, I felt welcomed and Dr Neeshita explained clearly what was going on with my teeth and the possible treatments I could have. I am very impressed by her professional approach as well as that of the other staff at the practice. I m very happy to have found this practice.

   I attended Thames Street Dental as a new patient. I found the staff there friendly and reassuring. The dentist did a check up on my teeth, then she did some work on two fillings and did a dental cleanup for me. She also gave me helpful advice. And none of this hurt.    I had really bad teeth at 32years old from childhood and self neglect. I was in agony with toothache for 4 nights before I forced myself to see a dentist. I found Dr Neeshita's details online and when I called she was able to fit me in on the day I have now been going to her consistently for ongoing treatment for months now (my teeth need a lot of work!). You couldn't find a nicer dentist, not an ounce of judgement and very caring. Prices seem very fair and the dental treatment I've received has been flawless. Would highly recommend and have told all my family & friends to go too. If you are embarassed about your teeth, it's honestly never too late! Neeshita is excellent and really can and does help.

   For someone who avoided the dentist for 20 years due to an irrational fear of them, finding thames street dental was a god send. Dr Neeshita Ruparel is professional and caring, I no longer worry about any work needing done and visit regularly. I have also recently had invisalign treatment and couldn't be happier with my results, my teeth have never looked so good or been so healthy Can't recommend this place more highly
