Rude reception called Nina/Lina, very bad attitude, no customer service etiquette at all! Needs training on how to welcome people and show consideration to patients. Zero rating for Nina! Rest of the staff are fine. Overall service by this dentists is as expected by the NHS. Would have given 4 stars but Nina spoiled my visit here with my family.
Really happy with my recent visit to Feltham Dental Car... The staff were super friendly and were able to arrange an emergency fix for a broken filling in double-quick time at a competitive rate. My appointment with Dr. Sharandeep Purewal went smoothly and I was made to feel comfortable all the way through the small repair procedure. In all, a 5* service from a 5* team... Will definitely be visiting again for my next check-in and visit to the hygienist!
I visited Dr. Anika on September 10th for a tooth extraction. Although I was initially very anxious and nervous, Dr. Anika’s calm and polite manner immediately put me at ease. She performed the extraction with remarkable efficiency, completing the procedure in just a few minutes despite the appointment being scheduled for half an hour. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, skill, and patient-centered approach. I would highly recommend Dr. Anika to anyone seeking dental care.
I have been with Feltham Dental care all my life, my entire family are with them too so are my sister and her daughter. . They are amazing. My dentist is Mo and my hygienist is Natasha. They are both superb, professional and friendly but most of all they do a brilliant job on my teeth and I am really happy with them. The reception staff, dental nurses are all professional and really friendly too. I woild never go anyway else.
Being nervous at first, as I hadn't been to a Dental Practice in such a long time, but the staff here were very welcoming. The Dental Practice is also very clean. The treatment was excellent and done promptly.
*** stay away *** time for a real experience review *** The dentist will only be caring and nice if you DO NOT have a complaint. My filling was done by Mo who now surprisingly has left. The practice owner Sharandeep also a dentist has not been helpful to resolve a bad tooth feeling treatment. I would say be careful as the equipment may not be clean - I have a gum infection now after a treatment! Now going to injury lawyers to get this sorted... *** stay clear of this dentist, better ones in Feltham & Hounslow ******
I have the most amazing experience in this clinic. I been always scared dentist and for the first time I'm happy to do treatment. Girls on reception they really nice .My dentist is Mohamed Dudhia and I'm really happy to always come back to him he do amazing job and I'm never scared he always make me laugh and he make sure I'm okey if I will able to rate him more then 5stars I will and thank you
After not going to a Dentist for some years, I heard about Feltham Dental Care and finally decided to register and head to this dentist. I was greeted by nothing but care, great service and open communication. Making sure things are relaxed during any appointment keeping you at ease my dental hygienist was Amelia a fantastic job was done on my teeth. Great Dental Clinic!
My daughter had dental appointment at Feltham Dental Care and wanted to share this amazing experience of last few visits with Dr. Amelia Pidgeon. Since it was my daughters first time, was scared and there were multiple questions about how a cavity is filled. Dr Amelia not only explained all of them clearly and patiently for a 9 yr old to understand, she also made her very comfortable throughout the procedure. Very knowledgeable and humble. Also nice and supportive front desk staff who will always welcome you with a smile. Highly recommend Feltham Dental Care and Dr. Amelia Pidgeon specially if you have a child scared of dental procedures. She will change the whole experience for them. Best wishes!
