   After turning up to Bupa following a wisdom tooth issue without being a patient at Bupa’s. I really appreciate how accommodating the team were in seeing me. After consulting with Dr Argyrios on the same day. His reassurance through the entire process of inspecting the issue, addressing my concerns and giving me a solution to my problem really put me at ease. I would highly recommend and like to thank Dr Argyrios and the Bupa team.

   Very informative and helpful. Answered my questions simply without too technical information. They undertook as much work as they could in the 45min checkup appointment, rather than booking me in for another appointment. Easy free parking behind Sainsbury’s opposite.

   Absolutely the rudest service by the receptionist staff everytime I have contacted the practice. I missed 1 appointment in 2001 due to having COVID and 1 appointment in 2022 which I paid the cancellation fee for and I have been told I am not allowed to be a patient anymore, gobsmacked to say the least and very appalled by the service to say the least. Not a nice practice, Avoid!

   I moved to the area recently, and came here looking for my new dentists. This place was great. The facilities are modern and clean, and the people were lovely. My dentist Mandi was very friendly and welcoming. There was no attempt to take advantage of me by pushing me into expensive treatment - just an honest assessment about my teeth including what I was doing well and what would be expensive in future if not improved. Mandi’s open and professional manner was reassuring and the whole process was quick and efficient. I will absolutely come back when it’s time for my next check up.

   The staff were welcoming, attentive and professional. The treatment (root canal) was painless. Ronit (the dentist) was consultative and reassuring. It was the most relaxing experience I've had at the dentist and as a result I am becoming a patient at Bupa, Hampton Hill.

   I have been trying to get an appointment and in the last 6 weeks they have cancelled me on two occasions 20 mins before the appointment. Working in London this is a massive inconvenience and they just don't seem to care. I have now collected all my records and will move to someone who cares about thier clients. I'm sure others will vote with their feet if they keep this up so hopefully they will have time on their hands to reflect on good customer service. I'm off now to find a smile somewhere else!
