   Fantastic. I woke up this morning with toothache and managed to get an emergency appointment at 11.00 I was seen on time. The procedure was the least uncomfortable dental treatment I can remember having. No pain whatsoever throughout. We discussed a dental plan and i will definitely be back to sort out a couple of non urgent things.

She clearly explained the issues and set out the alternatives. The subsequent treatment was as comfortable and pain free as one could hope for. Highly recommended.

The dentist and nurses have all done an excellent job. I would especially like to thank Dr. Komal Chopra for her valuable advice, patient explanations, and meticulous care throughout the treatment process, which gave me a great sense of reassurance. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff involved.

   As a very nervous patient Epsom Smiles is a lovely practice to go to. All the staff are consistent in their approach and knowledgeable in what they do. Rhianna has been my nurse for 80% of my appointments, she is so caring, completely non judgemental and has a lovely manner. Zeinab is a new dentist for me and she too is very consistent, fiercely honest yet understanding at the same time. My only query is there seems to be a high dentist turnover, I have seen 3 dentists over the time I have been there. Zeinab is the most thorough however and gives lots of information.

   I attended the practice today for a filling and I couldn't have felt more at ease. The nurse - Rihanna was very friendly and super efficient. My first experience with this practice was last Tuesday. I was anxious as it was a new place and I had been with my previous dentist for years. She retired in November and I was worried about seeing a new dentist. Irfan was lovely and explained everything he was doing. Lovely friendly staff throughout.

   Recently, joined this Practice and needed some emergency treatment done. I was booked in really quickly, with the dentist - Zeinab Taie, who could not have been kinder and put me at ease. She was able to thoroughly sort out my dental pain, in the gentlest way possible. I could not recommend this dentist highly enough. Thanks

   New appointment started well check up and x rays. Then the 'clean and polish' (I had already stated nervous patient) it was agony and couldn't finish the advice of gum disease treatment was mentioned 4 times as well as immediate discount price. Sorry but too painful.
