   Usually good service but new dentist wanted to charge me band 1 rate £27.40 for counting my teeth and telling me I had plaque. She then quoted me over £70 for scale and polish which she claimed was only available on band 2. Checked when I got home and no a scale and polish is covered by band 1. So I’m not at all happy with this service.

   Very friendly practice. The reception staff, nurses, hygienists and dentists are all so welcoming, professional and caring. Have seen a few dentists here and they are all so gentle and understanding. Would highly recommend

   I visited the dental practice in December 2023 with the expectation of a comprehensive examination but was disappointed as the doctor only checked one tooth claiming she had no time to check the other teeth, yet few minutes earlier she had offered to perform a temporary filling (somehow she had time for that..), which I had refused preferring a permanent filling when I would have needed attending again. The doctor explained the reason she had no time was because the appointment was categorized as an "emergency booking," which was bizarre as I scheduled the appointment over a week in advance for a full check-up, and contradicting the earlier offer of a temporary filling! I had to seek alternative care, and the practice is now chasing payment for professional services which were not duly performed!

   This dentist absolutely amazing. Always very helpful and so friendly. In particular Pawarin, she is so lovely and always makes me feel comfortable, she seems to genuinely care and is very good at what she does. Would definitely recommend!!

   I have had the same experience as one of the other reviews on here. Having had a good experience with this dentist before I registered my whole family with the practice some years ago however today I called for my daughter to have an appointment and was told that they couldn’t see her as she hadn’t had a checkup for a while. I was also told she could no longer be seen as an NHS PATIENT, this is now NHS policy and they were full to there capacity. This is shocking! Natasha offered a booking for a fee of £80 fee! I asked if they had sent a letter / Email to let us know that this would happen and Natasha, who says she is also the manageress explained they didn’t have to do that. It seems customer care and professional courtesy really isn’t a thing to be concerned about, I’m sure if I conducted my business in this way it wouldn’t last five minutes, however I’m not a dentist and don’t take my clients for granted

   I used to have great service and dental care from the team here. I recently noticed some hardened plaque forming around certain hard to reach areas and called up to book an appointment. I was told by the lady who answered my call that I have not been to see them since 2017 (I’ve had no need to visit???) and that they would be unable to see me as a NHS patient. I was offered the option of private care. I find this absolutely shocking; if I didn’t go to my GP for 5 years then booked an appointment he would be happy that I’ve not had any issues that needed treatment for 5 years! I was told to go find another practice. What’s the point of paying national insurance contributions to be turned away by my own dentists???

   I have been receiving the absolute best care from Arwa (the periodontist) she really has worked wonders with me, I trust her to do the best job and really goes the extra mile Would recommend the practice, and I do, to anybody. The whole team are friendly welcoming and do a great job!
