   Professional and friendly, Sunil always takes the time to tell you what he proposes to do , what he has found and what he suggests for the future. Sunil shows you and explains the x rays taken and what they suggest needs to happen next. He tells you the costs and timescales involved. Crucially he always fits you in swiftly for emergency appointments and facilitates wisdom teeth extraction. Though I have moved some distance away, I do not hesitate to return to Bovingdon Dental, as I know I will have the best quality treatment, without any pressure to have more work done than is necessary. I have no hesitation in giving Sunil and his team five stars. R Collins

   Sunil and Rupa Shah run a very friendly and efficient dental service in Bovingdon. I am always impressed with the calm and immaculately clean environment. Sunil has a lovely manner and I never feel I am being pressurised into have any additional expensive work done, quite the opposite. He clearly explains the condition of my teeth and I feel that we work together to keep any work to a minimum. I am very happy to have been his patient since he took over the Bovingdon practice. I can’t recommend him enough.

   We have a yearly visit to the surgery for our annual check-up. The environment in the surgery is clean, and also very warm, friendly and welcoming. Dr Shah puts my daughters at ease, by talking them through what will happen next and why, explaining why dental health is important. I've not had to have any treatment, just annual check ups, but always a pleasant experience and leaving confident that a thorough job has been done! I Lovely family run practice.

   I have always been nervous about going to the dentist, but from my very first visit I was made to feel at ease - Rupa even sat and chatted with me until I went in. Sunil gave me time to speak, listened, and clearly understood how I felt. He carefully designed my care plan and took all of my thoughts and wishes on board. I have been back many times and unlike most dentists I've been to, at Bovingdon Dental my opinion counts and I am consulted rather than being told what will happen.

   I didn’t have to wait long and I was made to feel really comfortable by the dentist and his assistant. I was really pleasantly surprised by how little pain I had both during my injection and filling. It’s a nice environment there, with kind, patient staff. The treatment I feel is modern, efficient and trustworthy. I definitely feel like I am dreading going to the dentist less and less compared to previous years. I’m amazed by how calm I was made to feel today.

Sunil clearly explains what he intends to do on that visit and keeps you updated during any treatment. He outlines costs and alternative treatment plans.    Just a few lines to share my good experience with Bovingdon Dental. I've waited a couple of months before providing this review to ensure I have not had any problems with my dental work. My old Dentist retired, so needed to find a new Dentist to repair fillings to two of my molars (top & bottom) on the right side of my mouth. I chose Bovingdon Dental purely on the good reviews observed on Google. I'm slightly apprehensive about dental work so was not looking forward to my visit. I need not have worried. Mr Shah is amiable, professional and most importantly very gentle when working in your mouth. He has a really clever device which takes high resolution pictures in your mouth allowing you to see detailed close-up pictures of teeth. My two Molars were a mess ! He was able to fill the teeth with white composite resin filling. The before and after pictures show a transformation of by broken teeth - looking as good as new. thank you Mr Shah.
