   Brillant dentist I have been using for a while now. My last visit was today with Dr Poonam , she makes you feel at ease and explains the procedure and even the X RAYS results. Great team spirit and was seen on time.

   PLEASE READ!!! WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY!!!!! This has been my family dentist for over 2 decades and in the last 5 years they have been absolutely TERRIBLE. Must be due to new owners or something because I have never had such a displeasing experience. 4 years ago one of their dentist said I needed a route canal done. Having waited for a long time and constantly going back and forth with their rude receptionist who seems to be always like that as long as I’ve gone here…must be the culture set there. Anyways they then said they can do the route canal for me for £260. I proceeded with the treatment and she did 2 sessions for me. She then left the practise and has left me with a huge hole in my tooth(half my tooth left so half the treatment).This tooth now gets infected every few months and has now spread to my other tooth on the other side of the mouth. Now I need 2 route canals done. I cannot live my life properly and when I go to them for some aid after their undone treatment they start arguing with me and are not accountable for anything they have done. Instead of trying to help me and moving forward they keep wanting to argue with me about the past and want to tell me it’s my fault…??!?!?!crazy. Again must be new owners because the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY NON EXISTENT in this place NOW!! Bear in mind I’ve been going here for 2 decades. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY. A dentist that is surviving off its old reputation honestly. Save yourselvess.

   Dr. Sana Harroussi was absolutely wonderful with my children! She is so patient, caring, and gentle — my kids felt completely relaxed during their visit. I had previously gone to another dentist in Hounslow, where they never managed to treat my kids, but at Osterley Dentist, Dr. Sana completed all the treatment and even a tooth removal pain-free on the very first visit! The whole team was friendly and welcoming, and the clinic itself is very clean and child-friendly. I really appreciate how Dr. Sana explained everything clearly and made sure my child felt comfortable throughout. I’m very happy with Osterly and with Dr.Sana who truly cares about her patients. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending her to all our friends and family! Shakoor

   Very nice small dental practice. Dr Winayak fixed my bleeding and painful gums. I had that problem for years and has been told by a dentist abroad that nothing can be done. Now thanks to Dr Winayak there is no bleeding and most importantly no pain. It’s like a miracle. It was very expensive at the beginning but it was worth every penny. Now we go regularly and it’s much more affordable. Everybody is very nice and friendly and I can make appointments in the afternoons after work with no problem. Definitely recommend.

   I would like to say a big thank you Dr Winayak, and very grateful for fixing my teeth I now have perfect straight teeth, six months ago this was not the case they where badly out of shape with gaps everywhere, now I can smile and talk with confidence, I would highly recommend Osterley dental practice for a professional and caring dental practice, I will be using this dentist for many more years, thank you again Dr Winayak

   Really disappointed with their service. I paid almost £650 for a crown. The wrong shade arrived, I had to wait 3 weeks for the new shade to come. My temporary fell off and I called multiple times to get an appointment but to no avail. I then came in to get the new crown fitted, they did not have the correct cement. Was rebooked an appointment which mysteriously disappeared off the system. I was told I have to call in myself to find cancellations. I've now decided to go to a different dentist to get my crown cemented. I haven't been able to eat for 2 weeks and have had huge issues as it was a front tooth. Really really disappointing.
