This was my first time having counselling, and I can't recommend highly enough the non judgemental therapy Sharon provides. I was very nervous and hesitant about asking for help. Sharon made me feel at ease from the moment I contacted her. She supported me, listened, and showed great empathy. A counsellor and a wonderful person, thank you.
