    This was my first visit to the practice and my first visit to a dentist for a long time. I received excellent care and service, with a thorough check-up. I had some sensitivity and a small procedure was performed which has resolved the pain. Dr was very professional and offered great advice

    Partner went in for a check was told he needed a root canal and to come back in a week to get that done when we returned they told us that they never said he needed on and proceeded to do a filling on a different tooth all that was given was a mouth guard tooth paste and mouth wash My partner has been left with pain the no over the counter painkillers could even touch I do not recommend at all if u care about your teeth or even basics service bad level of care and unwilling to explain further or will deny previous statements of needing a root canal The original issue has not been fixed or helped at all and have been left in pain and befor they decide to respond saying I am not registered at there practice no I am not we where nhs referrals I am reviewing my partners experience which I was present for

    From the minute I walked in at the reception - an Indian/Pakistani receptionist - was noticeably rude & unwelcoming. This isn’t just my personal experience but others have mentioned the same thing before, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt & see for myself. Unfortunately, their feedback was correct. Being CQC compliant isn’t only about ticking boxes, it also includes person-centred care & treating people with respect & dignity. Hope this feedback encourages a serious reflection on professionalism & attitude.

    My wife took my 10 yr old for a check-up and to inspect a tooth that was causing discomfort. The level of care and general rudeness from the dentist was shocking and unprofessional. She also seemed to be too concerned to get the patient out the door and was unwilling to answer questions about my daughter's cracked tooth without persistence. My 6yr old was taken there today for her check-up and once again the same dentist. She just slapped on a filling without due care expected of a dentist (particularly one working on a child). If I could get my kids registered at another NHS dentist in the area I would.

    Have been coming to the dentist here in Brighton road for more than 5 years now. I find the dentist very caring and gentle. I do like the way he explains what he is about to do and keeps me calm. Receptionist is also lovely :)
