   Paid £59 for dental hygiene and was left like this. Only front (visible) teeth were cleaned properly. No wonder they didn't offer a mirror to see the end result. UPDATE post owner response - Thank you for explaining your pricing options now. I was expecting to pay for a result, not for time (as I've done all my life, elsewhere). I was only informed that the hygiene charge for children was £59, no further options were given at time of booking. Naturally I expected a complete job, not partial. The dentist seemed quite happy with the result as he didn't mention that more time was required, which I would have been quite happy to pay at the time. I will sort it out elsewhere but thanks for the goodwill gesture.

   Nothing wrong with the practice. The receptionist is friendly and polite. Dentist is great. All I would suggest is a website or email address to leave messages when no one can answer the phone.

   I've been going to this dentist for a while now and never had a bad experience with them. The receptionists are nice, very polite and effective. The dentist is very good at his job, very approachable and provides a great service, happy to go the extra mile. Overall, they provide a top price-quality relationship here in Brentford and hope they stay for a long time.

   I'm very happy with this place. The receptionist and the dentist Mr Kerren was very friendly. MR Kerren did excellent job on my tooth. I had hygiene clean and it was done beautifully. He even gave me lots of advice of how to keep my gum healthy and tooth clean. The price is lower than other dentist. Definetly coming back here again.

   I was quite anxious about going to someone different as my Dental Practice couldn't fit me in and decided to give this practice ago, got an appointment quicker and at a reasonable cost. Dr Dhir was lovely, made me feel comfortable and relaxed and was really patient, he would talk throughout, letting me know the process and put me at ease and highly recommend him. It was nice to go somewhere where the Doctor and Receptionist were friendly, smiling and give advice. Overall a positive environment and experience. Thank You.

   Very pleased with the service at Albany dental. We had to book an emergency appointment to deal with a fractured tooth and none of the practices including the one we are registered at could accommodate us (understandably due to huge backlogs) but we were welcomed at Albany practice with a convenient after-school appointment. The problematic tooth was dealt with promptly and with care. Hugely impressed
