   Had a great experience with Dr. J. He did my treatment very well and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and very gentle. Dr. J explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I was satisfied and relaxed. The clinic atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff was also very friendly. I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Dr. J to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

   DO NOT VISIT FOR EMERGENCIES. Visited today with severe toothache and was told they can’t clearly identify the cause of the pain. They said it could be overly sensitive and said a a minor crack isn’t the cause - prescribed me fluoride toothpaste and sent me on my way. Got a 2nd opinion same day and it is a cracked tooth requiring a tooth Extirpation and root canal and crown ! Ridiculous waste of money coming here.

   My experience was worst. Doctor didn’t treat my wife well. She was telling her problem to the doctor and he said i have only five minutes. Now my wife if suffering from lots of pain. And we have to visit another doctor.

   I don't know why this clinic has such high rating. It's clearly obvious to me that most of the reviews are fake. Because the service I have received is nowhere close to the positive rating this dental clinic has. One of the most over Rated cheap clinics with amateurs and highly over priced services. I got 2 fillings done and was told that the filings are one of the best and high quality and in less than 1 week after having the filing done one of it totally vanished without any trace today ( 1 June) after chowing down on some snaktastic hummus bites (crisps). The tooth is now empty and the filling I assume is down in my stomach. It came off like chewing gum. One of my other tooth has never had a filling and these "professionals" claim that it had been filled in the past, excuse me but it's My mouth, my tooth I surely would have remembered if it had any filling, bur it never have had any filling. They charge around 60£ per filling which is a cheap chewing gum filler. This dental clinic is legalised scam. I'd advise you to avoid this place at all cost. It's not worth your money and time, think about your dental health and choose some other clinic.. The service and products here are of poor quality. I have looked after my teeth as they advised me to, but after having some crisps and the filler and 60£ are gone. ****Edit: To your comment. "we don't have any records for your name on our database" Do you see my name mentioned here? Lol this alone shows the severity of stupidity at this clinic.

   Pretty poor customer service. I called in to book an appointment and was told "you need to find another dentist because you haven't visited us in 4 years". To which I explained yes I haven't booked an appointment since the last time because I havent needed to! So I kindly requested what the due process is and the receptionist hung up on me. Pretty poor customer service.

   Thanks a lot to all staff at Ghauri Dental Practice Hounslow they are best dentist, I was in severe pain / swelling last many days, try so many dentist no one book my appointment, As my colleague call to this practice spoken to Ahmad, straight way he arranged the appointment and sorted my issue. The dentist Kishore explain everything and gives the best after care advice, he done fantastic work and ease my pain.
