   I had some trouble with a molar and needed urgent care several times. Each time, they helped me right away and even gave me same-day appointments, sometimes staying after hours just to assist me. In the end, I had to get the tooth removed, which made me really anxious since it was my first time going through something like that. Even though I felt a bit embarrassed about my anxiety, the dentist was incredibly understanding and supportive. She’s not only kind and professional, but also genuinely fun to talk to. Everyone at the clinic has always treated me with a smile. I’m really grateful to the entire team. Visiting the dentist can be a very stressful experience, and they make it so much easier.

   I highly recommend dentist Raj supported by her team Komal and Nav at the Ivory Clinic. She has recently been treating me for a tricky situation which has required 3 of my teeth to be removed and replacements to be added to my denture. This was done last week. The procedure went very smoothly and faster than I had expected. I have experienced no pain and very little discomfort. I have another unconnected problem that needs to be treated. Raj has been sensitive to the cost that the different approaches will involve when she has explained the treatment options to me. She wants to do the best for her clients and is not out to make as much money as she can for herself.

   My wife and are very pleased with our lovely dentist surgery. My wife is a bag of nervous when we have to go to the dentist but is soon put at ease while she is there. Our dentist talks her through everything and is so gentle and kind. The receptionist is always friendly polite and very helpful. The whole dentist team are wonderful .

   I have been coming here for many years and the current team of Dr Raj and MJ are second to none. They are welcoming, friendly, accommodating, professional and very engaging throughout the whole process. Over the last few months I have needed a couple of treatments and Dr Raj has provided an excellent level of care on both occasions that provided a swift resolution in each case. I therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending her.

   Been coming to this clinic for year but todays experience made me feel so uncomfortable. I use to see male Dentist In there he was so polite and never made me feel any type of way. But today I have came with my 5 years old daughter dr.Raj was there while I was feeling in the form my daughter sat in the chair. First of all Raj asked my daughter how many times she brush teeth fair that’s what dentist should do. But then following she goes do you have electric toothbrush, I said no as I prefer my child brush teeth old way, now she start being funny you should buy it it’s much better so I reply no I prefer old way … I’m sure main thing is brush your teeth( why u pushing it on me that I have to buy something I don’t want). Next thing as I said again I prefer old fashion toothbrush she said: well you know better than me I guess. (rude) my preference got nothing to do with what I know!!! As she checking my child’s teeth she stopped where my girl try to stand up then Raj pins her back to the chair with “wow wow wow” I haven’t finished yet. Seriously rudeness of the Dr. If that was an adult you would dare touch someone like that or pull back you would ask them if that could lay down instead of pushing them back. As I address this to her she didn’t see anything wrong and acted like she done nothing wrong! He excuse was she got 3 years old and that how she would act. Plus on top of it she asking my 5years old was she hurt by her. Because it’s a child she feels she can just act how she wants . Her attitude was horrible towards all this situation. I would never return there !

   Absolutely love this dental practise! My twins have been coming here for 3 years and every visit is superb. The staff take such great care of them, there is no rush and they listen to every word. Raj is wonderful with them to the extent they love going to the dentist! The end of the visit comes with encouragement and praise and my twins leave feeling on top of the world. Thank you so much, highly highly recommend.

   Great new dental team at The Ivory clinic now. Very professional and friendly. Found it easy to book appointments as the receptionist was so helpful. The standard of work by the dentist was excellent. My daughter had chipped her two front teeth and it was very noticeable, yet when the dentist had finished, it was invisible. From the colour match to the actual finish, it was incredible!! Would definitely recommend.
