   I had a great experience at Mulgrave Dental Centre last week. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Melissa for her excellent work. The tooth extraction was not easy, but with her patience, clear instructions, and gentle care, everything went very well. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!

   I had a filling done at another NHS practice a year ago, and this year a small part of it came off. I was lucky to find Melissa, who kindly fixed it for me. Not only was her repair professional and neat, but she also took the time to explain why it had come off and pointed out the underlying cause — so we could avoid the same problem from happening again. I’d happily recommend Melissa because many dentists can do a repair, but not everyone will communicate so clearly or take the time to analyse the cause with you. A good dentist treats the tooth; an excellent one understands the patient first, explains the problem, and discusses the best long-term solution together.

I was initially booked for 4:30 pm, but when I requested an earlier slot the next day, the team kindly rescheduled me to 2:00 pm without any hesitation — which I truly appreciated. I met Dr.Sreenesh Kandian, Consultant Dentist, who clearly explained my entire issue and the best possible treatment options. What really stood out to me was his understanding, professionalism, and honesty. He took into account my personal and financial situation, gave me valuable advice, and let me make an informed decision about my treatment. He also prescribed medication to manage my condition and reassured me that I could return anytime in case of an emergency.This genuine care shows that Dr.Kandian is truly dedicated to his patients’ well-being rather than just providing a service, which is rare to find these days. I’m really grateful for his guidance and the support from the whole clinic team. Highly recommend Mulgrave Dental Clinic and Dr.Kandian to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist.    I had a great experience today with o double appointment with hygienist and a demo check up. The hygienist explained what she was doing every step of the way . I had the new air polishing system with sparkling results. Next in to the super friendly professional dentist . She had a thorough chat with me Fabio about dietary changes that would be if it my teeth. I highly recommend this practice. I must add that the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating explaining my bill and re booking for my next visit.

   Hands down the best dentist i've been to in my whole life. Dr Kandian is so professional and knowledgeable and yet very approachable, friendly, humble. I had 2 old fillings re-done today. It was quick and absolutely painless. Doctor Kandian explained the process step by step and the work came out perfect. Can't recommend him enough. I'm really happy i found him.

   Great office located in downtown Sutton. I have been nervous all my life about going to the dentist but when I came to Mulgrave Dental Centre I was welcomed so good by the front desk person Rebecca by name and the hygienist Neetu Singh who saw me and made me so comfortable, she made my visit worthwhile. Neetu is very professional and provides excellent service. This is a very good place to go take care of your teeth. I love this place and will recommend it to anyone who will like a great dental experience to go there. Thank you very much.

   I can highly recommend Sreenesh as a dentist, I was extremely nervous after having 2 bad experiences elsewhere, and lucky for me I found Sreenesh, He is very friendly, and put me at ease when I explained how nervous I was, he's very gentle and understanding too. I've now seen him a number of times and I'm never worried. He's also done a great job of repairing my cracked tooth!! A****** from me !

   All the dentists were kind and welcoming. I had my teeth x-rayed and they were the first dentists to spot my grooves, they treated this permanently. Scaled and polished all my tartar off. I feel confident to smile now and enjoy dentists again, as they were professional and comforting towards me as someone with disabilities. I've changed to make them my official choice of dental practice. They care about the patients more than the money and advise you to do what's best for your health, providing deals and reasonable prices.
