   I'm so pleased with my recent experience at Referesh Dental, I had some tooth pain and where I had described was the incorrect place but Dr Puneet investigated an pinpointed exactly where the pain was coming from. I felt relaxed and watched a few episodes of Friends on the TV on the ceiling. Following this I had the best hyginenist appointment with Bukola with excellent results and advice. I highly reccomend Refresh to anyone wanting a friendly premium experience.

   I choose this practice because they were recommended to me by a friend. My experience from my first conversation was informative but inclusive. I felt extremely confident that my experience would be tolerable. On my first visit I was pleasantly greeted but the front of house team, my hygienist was fantastic with her explanation of the procedure, expectations and follow up, options. At that point I had already booked another appointment with one of the specialists ( Dr Tina) my consultation was thorough, informative, comprehensive and I felt her and her colleague really cared about me. This was a fantastic experience from the “get go” and I’m excited to start hopefully and continued great experience. Benita

   I had such a great experience at Refresh Dental! Bukola was absolutely amazing warm, professional, and very attentive. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit and explained everything clearly. I was so grateful for all the advice she gave me, which really helped me understand how to better care for my oral health. The new EMS treatment was fantastic, and I left feeling well cared for and confident. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend Bukola and the team to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

   I cannot fault Refresh Dental! The service they provide is second to none and everybody is super friendly. Dr Puneet Chopra is wonderful! He is extremely personable and always remembers previous visits, conversations you've had and talks you through the whole process during check-ups or work that is being done. He is very thorough. The hygienist, Shaina, is also lovely! Again, very thorough and offers great advice. The surgery will often ring to check-up on you after treatment and ensure all is OK. Five star service all round.

   My experience with Shay at Refresh Dental was perfect from start to finish. Last year, I decided I wanted my teeth done so I have had to have quite a few appointments over the past few months - she was so friendly and helpful during each one of them, advising me on anything I was unsure of, such as aftercare and answering any questions I may have. My final result (composite bonding) is absolutely perfect, I an in love with my new smile. I cannot thank nor recommend Shay enough for any of your dental needs! She’s amazing! The team at Refresh Dental are also so welcoming, I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in! Thank you all!

   I've recently completed my Invisalign + bonding with Refresh Dental and they are absolutely amazing. I'm someone who asks a tonne of questions and Lisa was incredibly patient and answered in detail during my Invisalign treatment. I called up a few times during my treatment and either a same day or same week appointment was available. Their patient service is fantastic as well. Welcoming, friendly and just in general lovely folks! If there are cancellations or appointments needing to be rescheduled, they always communicate and follow up. Highly recommend them!

   I started my Journey With Mide and Refresh Dental two years ago and the experience has been amazing. The clinical and front of house staff are friendly and professional and go above and beyond to help you. There is a great atmosphere in the clinic which makes you feel comfortable and really well looked after - as well as the fantastic facilities. I have been through Invisalign treatment with Mide and the results have been better than I could have imagined. The care I have received has been first class and I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. Going to the dentist can be daunting (and had been for me previously) but going to Refresh has completely changed my perception of this and I never thought I would look forward to dental appointments but now I do.
