Dr Soni was very professional in putting two dental implants in my mouth. Throughout the process he was very thorough and if he was unhappy with anything, for instance when he felt that the prepared crowns weren't quite right for my mouth, he would rearrange the appointment so he could get the issue fixed. His staff are very friendly and helpful.
I had my implants done by Dr Soni over one year ago. I am a very nervous patient but Dr Soni was very reassuring and confident that I relaxed and was not afraid to go through this process. Everything was well explained to me from the beginning of the treatment to the end. The aftercare was also excellent. I am very happy with the work done and I would thoroughly recommend him.
He did the job and they have lasted so far, which is more than can be said of NHS dentists I've visited in recent years. And so I am grateful because for years I had missing teeth and felt on the margins of society as a result and had mental health problems. Part of my paranoia had been that the government and health services both left and right were out to get me for my controversial views, but apart from a bit of pain and annoyance about fillings in the implants, which may be so that they last longer, and occasional anxiety that the upper ones were placed too high, I am very satisifed with the result. Actually since that last edit I have become slightly less satisfied: as with a refurbishment that seemed to alter without my knowledge, so too the teeth seem to have undergone changes - a bit more variation in the upper jaw than I remembered - although if so it must have happened in my sleep! Stay well away from North London!
As a nervous dental patient I have found Dr Soni exceptionally patient and reassuring. I am put at ease and always feel that I am in a safe pair of hands. The staff are all friendly, highly competent, professional and fantastic at what they do. Reception are always warm, welcoming, responsive, and accommodating of my work schedule- doing their best to find convenient appointments. When I found myself in need of a dental implant 2 years ago there was no one I would have trusted more than Dr Soni and Soni Implants. They were my dental surgery as a child (over 20 years ago). I have since moved around the country and been registered with several practices (I have had 3 crowns and another implant done elsewhere) and I now choose to travel over two hours back to London for my appointments because there isn't anyone else I would trust with my implants. Dr Soni was very thorough in explaining the procedure and making sure that I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions. The procedures themselves were efficient and done to a high standard. The quality of service is second to none and the results have been the best I could have hoped for. I have been very impressed with the Covid-safe arrangements made by the practice; going above and beyond to ensure patients and staff are kept safe.
Dr Soni has been my dentist for nearly 20 years. Always really professional, informative and helpful; always providing the best advice for the care of my teeth. Really recommended.
