Saw Dr Lam today for a filling and she is brilliant. This was one of the best dental experiences I have had in all my dental years. Thank you for making the experience bearable for a nervous patient. Both ladies on reception are lovely too. Thank you again.
Horrible dentist , the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional and was shouting at me over the phone even though I was very polite to her and remained calm. I was requesting an appointment with Dr.Patel which she said she’s not taking an new patients , understandable but she said I didn’t have any records prior to 2017 that showed I was seeing her , even though has been my only dentist my whole life . It did not make sense and very rude.
Needed some complex dental work doing and the entire team were amazing, I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this clinic. I would definitely recommend this place.
Had a tooth extraction today and Dr. Nirali was absolutely brilliant. I have a real phobia of the dentist (even at my big age!), but she was so calm, patient, and reassuring that the whole experience felt much easier than I expected. She explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly professional and kind, and really put me at ease. I actually left feeling happy, which I never thought I’d say after a dental appointment! I’ll definitely be asking for her again next time if possible.
I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with Cape House Dental Practice. Due to a genuine oversight, I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment — something that has never happened before. Despite this being my first and only instance of lateness, the staff refused to reschedule or refund the prepaid appointment. I offered a wide range of flexible options for rescheduling, but was met with a rigid and dismissive attitude. It felt less like a healthcare service and more like dealing with bureaucracy — “computer says no” seemed to be the approach. I left feeling not only disappointed but also harassed and mistreated. This is not how patients should be treated, especially by a healthcare provider. In my opinion, this experience reflects poor customer service and inflexible, unfair policies that show little regard for patient circumstances. Hiral
Bad people,not respecting patients, i was with them since 2017,all my teeth they fixed broke, using bad materials, last time I was 10 minutes delay and an racist Indian woman she refuse to receive me and they told me don't come again to this practice, rude people, don't deal with this people you lose time and money
After failing to provide me with the adequate treatment and causing me to have pain I should not have, I spoke to the dentist who proceeded to shout at me in a rude manner asking if I signed consent forms. This is extremely unacceptable behaviour, as an emergency patient (caused by this place) this would be the LAST place I would go. Treated horribly and even worse for those who english is not their first language, do NOT recommend and avoid this place in future.

Absolute shower barely qualified uneducated dentists only know how to do extractions not interested in saving healthy teeth, bunch of clowns, only saving grace is I can’t see them lasting in business, they are purely interested in making money, no interest in patients care or needs, sooner they close the better, even one star is way too much for these cowboys.
Me and my 3 children have been patients at Cape house since 2016 seeing the same dentist. We have found the practice to always be professionally, polite sbd friendly. Our dentist is alwsys friendly and reassuring, providing great care and advise. I would not change our dentist. We are extremely happy with the service provided.
