   Best dental practice in the world. From the outset total honesty great pricing and the warmest welcome ever. All information given well in advance and surgey advice aftercare excellent. Do not hesitate to contact them for a full examination where you get to see your own scans for an honest proffesional conversation about your dental needs. They are in the profession as they care about their paitents not how much they charge. The reception staff and practice manager are stars.

   I had two dental implants molars on my lower jaw and needed bone grafting. Dr Ionel Nistor is the best man for the job! He was professional and supportive throughout the whole process. As a rule I hate dentists but Ionel is the exception to the rule. Also the nurse Elisa was so fun and supportive, we had a few laughs which helped the nerves. If I ever need anymore work done I want this team to do it. Thank you so much.

   Dental by Design has by far the best customer service I have ever seen. They are also all very professional and make you feel relaxed and at ease from the time you enter their doors to the time you leave. They seem to genuinely care about customers and do not seem like they are doing it simply for money. They are all very professional and have humour mixed with empathy. The dentist by the name of Harpreet is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I give it 10/10

   I traveled one hour to come to this surgery and it was worth the distance. I went there for a consultation regarding an implant to leaving there with a bigger problem on my hands after my scan was done but the dentist was very helpful to assist me with my options and talk me threw what I needed to do even though it may be a bit to complex for their surgeon to do but they are still willing to do their best to help me. My 8 month old came with to and he started to get a little unsettled so the ladies behind reception out on his favourite cartoon on the TV in the main waiting area which was great. Amazing staff, very professional, very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.

   Having walked past here almost every day for a year I decided to take the plunge and correct my smile with veneers. The practice is clean and modern with absolutely amazing state-of-the-art equipment!! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I opted for a 0% finance package which was reasonable and very easy to set up. My dentist was excellent, patient, and gave excellent advice throughout on all the options available, and the pros and cons. Absolutely no pressure to have something you didn't need, and conversely would advise anything they didn't think would be right. I am completely thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend. I am now switching dentists and will have my regularly check-ups and hygienist appointments here too!!
