Dr Huda provided an excellent service. She was polite, considerate and professional and very kind. She is a good listener and communicates at patient's level. She identifies the problem and does her work in order and treats efficiently.

Ok so I had a tooth out yesterday without sedation- the first time in 40 years. I usually get sedated as I’m really scared after a bad experience when younger. My dentist persuaded me to try without sedation as there is a long wait. I have to say she was amazing. Her name is Krishani Kalyan and she was true to her word that she would treat me with care. I have been using this surgery for a few years now. The staff are always friendly, kind and professional. Of course there was some discomfort with the injections but I did not feel the tooth coming out. I had no pain after but a slight ache last night which paracetamol cleared. Krishani gave me full instructions for the aftercare. I will always be nervous at the dentist but whilst Krishani Kalyan is doing my teeth I will be a lot less scared.
This review is long overdue but I really did want to document the excellent service I received at Merali Dental Clinic. I had my teeth whitened back in October 2022 and I felt incredibly well cared for and the treatment was great! Would highly recommend this dental clinic to all who want a fair price for their treatments and excellent service from practitioners!
I just want to start by saying a BIG " THANK YOU" to Dr. Fatma for making this experience so nice and comfortable. I went there to do a filling to one of my tooth, and I never had an infection. Dr. Fatma was so kind, calm, and she made me calm down my anxiety. I didn't feel a think, the tooth is perfect. The front desk assistants are very kind, profesional and always welcomes you with a smile! Personally I think this clinic deserves at least 4.5starts . Amazing team and amazing clinic. I personally recommend it 10/10

Visited the practice recently and found all staff members to be professional polite and caring. Dr Ali is a fantastic dentist, he was accommodating, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He made me feel at ease and I was satisfied with the service received. Deborah is a lovely receptionist and the nurses are great too. I would recommend this Dental practice to anyone considering an appointment here.
