Dr Rishika and Daniela are an amazing team. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Would highly recommend.
Very happy with Dr Rishika , she sorted me out of pain I was very scared but she did very gently all treatment . Her nurse Daniela ,very kind and helpful .
The receptionist as this dental practice goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly, whenever I need. I feel I can call any time when I have a dental problem and she immediately responds and finds the very best opportunity for me to see a dentist as soon as she can fit me in. She’s happy to hear all my diary issues and come up with a perfect solution for me to be able to fit in a dental appointment. On arrival, I be an always greeted with a lovely smile and she clearly and quickly talks me through all the forms I need to complete, making the visit painless in so many ways. Thank you!
Running late for my appointment so called ahead an no one answered the phone. They called back and I explained I was running late 10 minutes but was told no you are marked as not attending and can find another NHS dentist now by the rude receptionist. Running theme with her from other reviews. (Contacted after this review via email for feedback explained what happened and was told I still will no longer be seen but could I take the review down. Shambles)
Fantastic dental practice! I hadn’t been to a dentist in 13 years as I’m one of those who can’t take the pain or have my teeth being worked on. I had to go as an old crown had suddenly came out. I called and was booked in the next day. I saw Dr Rishika, and her dental nurse team Daniela and Hayley, they were absolutely brilliant! Made me feel relaxed, talked me through the whole process and what options I had. I have now had a complete new crown fitted by Dr Rashika who has done an amazing job, the crown feels and looks like a natural tooth, I didn’t have any pain or sensitivity during or after and am more than happy to go back to her for any dental work in the future. Lynda on reception is lovely and so welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this practice, certainly for nervous patients.
Great practice, Klaudia is extremely friendly. I am quite an anxious person when it comes to my teeth. Dr Mason was the dentist who gave me my two fillings and he made me feel really calm and was really friendly. He told me I would feel a pinch when he injected my gums to make them numb however I didn't feel a thing which made me feel more at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone as their service is fantastic! Thank you Team!
I am a very anxious patient when it comes to the dentist, but Dr Mason makes me feel at ease each time I go there. I wouldn’t see anybody else other than him now. Myself and my family still use their practice after 15 years!
I have been a patient for many years and remained one even though I moved further away some years ago. The practice has excellent dentists and efficient assistants. You can find yourself waiting in reception because the dentists have fallen behind but you are updated and if necessary they will swap dentists to accommodate you. An excellent practice.
My family has been looked after by this practice for several years. We're always treated well in there. Amy receptionist is so helpful always trying her best to arrange an appointment that suits us. A dental practitioner named Priya is amaizing with my kids. Very patient, informative and thorough with a great preventative approach to an oral care.
Dr Mason is the BEST!! I would never see another dentist again. Very gentle approach and manner makes you feel comfortable and at ease, doesn’t hurt at all. The only dentist I ever look forward to seeing. Amy on reception is fantastic and efficient. Great surgery, great team I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
