   I attended Westbury Dental Care today as an emergency. I was in immense pain and got an appointment within 24 hours. The team could not have done more to make me feel comfortable. The clinicians and nurses were very knowledgable and kind. I left there a different woman with my pain resolved and a treatment plan to prevent this happening again. Lovely clean surgeries and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends. Thank you Westbury Dental!

   Delighted with the first class service at Westbury Dental Care, New Malden. In particular Bomi Yi who has a wonderful temperament with children, my 5 yr son was very pleased to see. Also, Wendy who’s the best most experienced hygienist I’ve visited. I highly recommend.

   I recently accompanied my mum for some dental treatment with Bomi Yi, and we couldn’t be more impressed. She removed several teeth and remade a denture, handling everything with great professionalism. The extractions were carried out with such skill that the process was as painless as possible. What really stood out was her patience and kindness. Despite a language barrier (my mum is not a native English speaker), she took the time to communicate clearly and always checked that my mum was comfortable before any potential moments of discomfort, even the minor ones. This made the whole experience much less stressful. She is also an excellent communicator. Her explanations were clear and easy to follow, and the advice she gave was thoughtful and tailored to my mum’s concerns, which made her feel genuinely understood. Bomi is extremely polite, highly skilled, and wonderfully caring. My mum felt very reassured throughout, and we are both grateful for the outstanding care she provided.

   My first visit to see the dentist Ms Jae Won Han at Westbury Dental care. The registration process was simple all online, appointments made via email, very quick response to queries, clean and lovely inside. Ms Han was so nice and gentle. The receptionist was very welcoming and polite as well. My next appointment will be with the hygienist. My first impressions were a lovely team and efficient dental surgery. So glad to be able to register at this surgery

   Brought my mum here to get her root canal re-done and Cesar (dentist) was incredible! He was so nice and friendly and did the procedure in one appointment - and it did not take him long at all! Everyone is very nice at the practice - especially Laura at reception who is absolutely lovely and helped us out with any questions that we had. 100% will be recommending this practice to others.    My children absolutely loved their visit to the dentist. They were treated with smiles and lots of encouragement. The lady dentist (apologies forgot their name) was Wonderful. Treated my children and gave them lots of information in fun manner. My children left very happy and fully dedicated to take better care of their teeth. Music to a mothers ears!

They always make you feel at ease and explain everything so well. Wendy is gentle but thorough, always leaves your teeth feeling clean. I have always felt like a really valued patient and all services I have received have been fantastic. I always feel confident going there and I would recommend the surgery to anyone.    Dear Michael (Dentist). What an amazing person you are. I had to have a lot of teeth taken out. Some painful to say the least. I am so sorry to the nurse as she offered her hand for me to hold, I must of dug my nails into her hand!!! Michael was kind, professional and very thoughtful and now I have amazing false plates, thanks to him. The reception staff are so friendly. I would recommend Westbury Dental Care. It does not feel like a dentist when you walk in. Good luck Michael on your up and coming wedding in December, cannot wait to see the photos. A massive thank you to you all.
