I visited the practice for the first time at Worcester park. Being a nurvouse patient I was made to feel so at ease. The reception lady was so polite and kind. The dentist I saw was also so very kind. Considerate and very helpful. I'm so great full to them all and look forward to returning. Kind regards Gary foster
Today my daughter had her check up and all went well. She was advised to bring her retainer at her next appointment to ensure that it was still good to use. We booked her next and the hygienist appointments with ease. Thank you for making it a positive experience for her.
My mum had a new set of dentures made by the practice in. Kentish Town, North London I am very impressed by the kindness of the dentist, and his staff, they were all tremendously helpful, kind, considerate, understanding an accommodating. The dentist was very gentle and patient, dealing with any concerns and fears that mum had. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.
I had a very positive experience getting dental implants on both sides of my mouth and both procedures went extremely well. I was quite nervous at first, but the entire team made me feel very comfortable, from the receptionist to the manager, nurse, and especially Dr. Battista. I’m truly happy I chose a place where the people clearly have knowledge, experience, and genuinely care about their patients. That combination feels rare these days, and I really appreciated it. Highly recommended!
Had a hygienist appointment this morning. From the first step in the receptionist teams was lovely. The two ladies at the front desk was helpful with my questions. And then the treatment was really good. Hamza and Krishna was really supportive and provided a great service and cleaned my teeth really well and gave me good advice to maintain them. Will definitely be back in the near future.
I have had a dental treatment implant by Oral Surgeon Eric Battista. It’s the best thing I have ever done. I have received an excellent service. He make you feel so at ease and he is aware of the concerns that people have about having implants. He is incredible professional. He tells you exactly what he is going to do, he gives you a chance to think about it; he is always reassuring and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending the Oral Surgeon Eric Battista.
Really friendly staff, I was offered lots of different options and the treatment coordinator right after my appointment sent me a brief of what we spoke at the clinic, with all the information I needed regarding the treatments.
Such a shame Mr Waters retired. He only did work that was necessary. Moving my mum from this new dentist that’s taken over. They’re a money making business now. Such a shame.
I went to EB Dental On 2 different occasions when I was in a lot of pain with issues that I was struggling to have solved with my current dental Practice - one when I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and the other when I needed a root canal. On both occasions I spoke to various dental practices who either struggled to clearly identify the issues or had long wait times to solve. On both occasions EB Dental were incredible. They were both hugely knowledgable and efficient in identifying the problems and putting in place a solution to fix. They also ensured both procedures were done lightening fast in comparison to any other dentist I spoke with. They made the wisdom tooth extraction and root canal very easy, they made me feel at ease throughout, really took care of me, and both procedures were done perfectly with no bad effects or pain after. They’re the most professional, and most ‘human’ dental practice I’ve ever been to.
New dentists as mr walters retired, seem to run it like a money making business now , very new and learning on the job, not great. May imrove in time but ive just changed dentist because if my experience, such a shame as mr walters done what was needed and was very good at it.
