   I was trying to give some time to change mi mind about the service in this practice. I had an appointment in July and August. I firstly scheduled my appointment as I was having some toothache. I mentioned everything about it and they did nothing about it as they said it was due to a cold or grinding teeth. I asked for a second appointment in august (a month after) as they pain did not change. And same answer I was given. I was told my roots and teeth were healthy. Now a month after that on the middle of my holidays I start having excruciating pain on the same place. I had to pay for an emergency appointment to find out I need a root canal. I have felt so ignored and undermined by this dentist. I’m putting my heath on your hands for you to overlook something so basic for a dentist to see. This surely should be considered bad practice.

   So miserable! I tried to phone 10 minutes before closing time, they were not picking up on purpose (probably in a rush to go home), then picked up the call by mistake when they were trying to deactivate the line and hung up on me!! After that, the line was totally deactivated by the person!! 10 minutes before closing time! Very lazy and not professional at all

   My experience has been nothing but glowing. Reception staff are very kind, patient and helpful. The dentist I've had appointments with is very efficient and welcoming. Not only do procedures get done, but they make the extra effort to be warm to people during their appointments. I consider myself so lucky to be local to this dentist.

   Unfortunately I have to go there very often now because of my teeth. But my experience with the reception is they are very nice. Very flexible. They tried their best all the time, my dentist Rita. She's just amazing I feel lucky that she's my dentist. She just so nice and very good

   This is the second time in four years that my partner has been left in agony, and with no choice but to pursue the private route, at huge cost, as the dentist has failed to take X rays and identify that the source of discomfort is due to a decaying tooth..... Shoddy service, no doubt due to an NHS dentist being run into the ground and the RUDEST RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS, who has neither compassion, nor the intelligence to realise that an allergy to penicillin includes amoxycillin. #brokenNHS #zeroclientcare
