   Dr. Priyanain Arora is truly exceptional at her craft. The whole setup of this women-centric dental practice is unique, and both doctors I have seen have always been attentive, caring, and professional. I would absolutely recommend the dentists themselves, and I say this as a long-standing paying customer of more than ten years. However, I did experience issues with the practice management. The practice manager was not organised or attentive when dealing with accounts, which led to incorrect information being given. The lack of clarity and coordination with paperwork made the situation difficult and frustrating as a customer. Unfortunately, she also raised her voice at reception, in front of staff and my daughter, which left me feeling uncomfortable. This is something that needs attention, as staying calm and professional—especially when the mistake is on the practice’s side—is important. Overall, the dental care itself is excellent, and the clinicians have a unique set of skills and deep knowledge. I hope the management side improves so the experience can match the high standard of the dental team.

   I’ve been going to Acton Cornerstone Dental Practice and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! I’ve seen the hygienist Nazik twice now and have noticed huge improvements in my oral health. She’s super thorough, explains everything clearly, and gives a really detailed care plan to help you stay on top of your dental hygiene. The whole team is fantastic – especially Ellaha, she’s always so friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth and seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for genuine, high-quality dental care!

   Having previously had bad dental experiences, I am so relieved and overwhelmed I've found this practice. I just moved to acton and this was the first dentist I joined here. The service is great! Everyone is super friendly and I didn't feel the usual judgement I get about my tattooed exterior. I felt like any other guy when I walked in there, which is absolutely refreshing. The dentist immediately fixed my tooth, which my previous dentist had said was not possible; and was trying to get me to do an unnecessary root canal which I had to wait months for whilst in pain. It took him literally 5 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and I have no pain now when eating. What a wonderful crew. These guys deserve a pay rise! So glad I've found this gem of a practice, I'll be recommending you to people from now on. Thanks guys!

   Really great professional service. Sana the receptionist was really friendly and helped us book appointments asap for our dental concerns. Dr Moghaddam was amazing. She literally helped me fix up and now my teeth are being better looked after than they were before. She is really knowledgable and made me and my sister feel at ease. Her and the dental nurse Mona made me feel comfortable during my appointments and were very supportive and answered my questions about my teeth. This dental surgery puts patients first and they don’t try to sell you stuff like some other surgeries do unnecessarily. I felt like the staff really cared about my teeth help and wanted the best for me.

   Very bad experience, for book my first appointment necessary was by phone. When I came the lady saids I’m not on the system, so she rebook for another day. Then I filled up 5/6 applications forms, just for a cleaning routine. I’m on benefits, it’s supposed for this service was free. Not in my case, take £20-25. For my broken crown isn’t free, but agree with the fee. What surprise when I came for the appointment for the broken crown... I’m not on their system yet!! After waiting 30 minutes the lady saids for refill the applications forms I realised I lost, again, my appointment, and by addition my patience and my time.

   Given the last Google review I was a bit reluctant to goto this dental practice but my teeth was hurting and they were the ones available to see me at my conviences and I was glad I went as I was very pleasantly surprised. The last review rating was not my experience! From the receptionist to the nurse and dentist, service towards me was very very very good. The receptionist was polite and between the nurse and the dentist all my questions and concerns about my dental where answered. They where very informative and were willing to give informed advice and in depth consultation. The outside of the surgery is not impressionable and the stairs are not accessible for all. but inside is very clean and hygienic. If you need a dentist I would recommend a visit here.
