   I had 3 terrifying experiences here. I needed to have a lot of teeth out, as they were not good. On three occasions the female dentist who I was given , didn’t give me correct dosage of aesthetic and pulled my teeth out I was screaming in pain literally in shock as the pain was torture. I went through this violent painful procedure 3 times. I would go as far to say I was assaulted. My teeth were pulled out with no anaesthetic, it was a horrible experience, I was shaking with horror when leaving to go home. And I still have not recovered from my experience. It’s been months since I have been able to write a review because of what happened. I have been suffering post traumatic stress disorder. And I’m still not 100% well after this agonising experience. I was so shocked after then was made to leave, I was in a terrible state. The dentist didn’t give any sympathy or care I was screaming, and not one member of staff came out to see what was going on. I was assaulted by her. The injections were exceedingly painful I could feel the all of aesthetic going into my mouth and to the back of my throat, none of the aesthetic was injected into my gums. I was told on one occasion after been not given the correct dosage, to sit in the waiting room for over 20 minutes, the tiny amount of anaesthetic had worn off. I will never go back. The treated me like human cattle, and that’s the honest truth. When I left I had blood all over my face, and the strong taste of anaesthetic in my throat, luckily I had a fabric face mask the stop the blood and aesthetic from falling out every where.

   Dr. Soorena was absolutely amazing. The service I received exceeded my expectations—it felt more like a private medical treatment than a standard dental visit. He made me feel completely at ease, despite my phobia of dentists. He explained every step as he went along, checked on me constantly, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout.    I don't know what happened. Maybe it got new ownership because the dentist I used to see before COVID was great. I've been there about five times since and I'm lucky if I get looked at for more than 30 seconds and that's not an exaggeration. They don't listen, they don't check anything, they don't explain anything, they don't do anything. Even the atmosphere in the room is just off. It feels tense and like you're not welcome there for whatever reason.

   Lovely Hygienist - Especially Good for an Anxious Patient Desiree made me feel comfortable and cared for when I visited her for my teeth cleaning appointment. I’ve hated going to the hygienist in the past (at a different practice) because the noise and uncomfortable sensations were too overwhelming but Desiree was understanding and accommodating - she had the machine on a lower setting and it was absolutely fine. I left with a smile on my face. I would definitely recommend her, especially for a rather anxious patient like me.

   I can't recommend N12 Dental enough. From my first contact they were extremely helpful from booking my initial appointment. From reception to treatment everything was calm relaxing and welcoming and very helpful for after care advice. The hygienist also done a superb job as she was very informative and indepth. It's probably not something someone says everyday but I am looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you

   This was my first time visiting this Dentist,I had an appointment with the hygienist Desi, such a wonderful person, treated me respectfully and professionally. The Lady at the reception Yesim made me feel welcome as it was my first visit, she was friendly and professional. I will definitely rebook an appointment.

   I would definitely NOT ask for DR. HASSAN, just horrible service. He removed four teeth for my son (over two sittings). Hassan was very rough and inconsiderate during the whole process. He was in pain for over a week. NEVER again!

   Worst receptionists ever! Can not book an appointment correctly.. then get rescheduled 4 times after booking my check up in a slot that’s 15 mins but then a week later they realise it needs to be half hour so again rescheduled. So unreliable. If you call them, they pick up the phone and then hang up so it takes a few attempts before they figure out how to answer the phone. Very unprofessional staff. They also ask very personal questions in the middle of their waiting area. If it wasn’t so hard to join another dentist, I would have left ages ago!

   Wasted our time. I booked a relative in as they told me they take NHS patients and she has an abcessed tooth. The dentist refused to treat it on the NHS, only prescribing antibiotics. If we had known, we wouldn't have waited weeks for her appointment. We are now going to a private dentist - certainly not this one.
