   Attended my first appointment at New Lavender today - new client, after several years of not visiting a dental practice and generally neglecting any teeth. I felt that my previous practice, private only, was more about the money, but this is not the case at the New Lavender Dental Practice. Dhana Shree was caring and very helpful. She explained in plain English what she had determined; outling my options. I felt comfortable and at ease. I am confident in the treatment I will be receiving.    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an emergency dental appointment at New Lavender House Dental Surgery in North Cheam with Dr. Amin Mihramane and Nurse Ranjan, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I needed a tooth extraction, which was completed in about 20 minutes with minimal pain. Dr. Mihramane was calm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure, while Nurse Ranjan was incredibly supportive and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. The staff were welcoming, the clinic was spotless, and the whole experience was efficient and reassuring.    I am an incredibly nervous patient, and face challenges around dental work due to having Asperger’s. The receptionist with the white and pink/purple hair is lovely, and Dr Soulmaz Chenari is an actual magician. I had to have a filling redone as well as some additional work carried out under the filling itself, and at no point did I experience any discomfort, or pain, at all. I was allowed to ask questions about recovery, cost of treatment, put a system in place allowing me to take breaks if necessary (they weren’t), and have headphones on to try and use music to drown out the sound of drilling. As well as being met with compassion, and understanding. I am incredibly grateful to have a dentist as technically talented, and caring, as Dr Chenari.

   I give one start because the lowest score is one. The receptionist is sooooo rude and unprofessional. Only call in to book an appointment, can’t walk-in however they never pick up the phone. The staff hang up the phone which I haven’t finished talking. Never seen such bad service and I would like to say : no service at all.

   I wish i never went there, all the teeth that this one dentist touched in my mouth back in 2016 has come back to bite me in the bum, they all needed to be taken out now i need 2 root canals an more fillings. needed. i wish she never touched my mouth. i would never ever go there even when i was an nhs patient id rather pay private for them to sort it out, bearing in mind a filling came off in the same month but i was at uni
