   ☆☆☆☆☆ 0 Stars I am still awaiting a full refund from Waldron Dental / Topaz Jackson despite written confirmation that it would be issued. Upon receipt of proof of purchase. I’ve contacted them on multiple occasions and had to chase profusely. This experience raised serious concerns: • Treatment was advertised as 8–10 months, then changed to 18–24 months • Independent orthodontists confirmed my case should take 3–4 months • Their own policy states minor cases can be completed in as little as 3 months • I was incorrectly told £100/month finance was compulsory, this is not legal and is misleading • I was charged for a scale & polish that was advertised as included • I was quoted £2,400 for treatment independently assessed at around £600 • The practice failed to follow its formal complaints process I also note that the practice offers discounts or incentives in connection with positive reviews, which raises concerns about the reliability of some online ratings. Please click view all one star ratings for an accurate depiction. For this reason, I have attached clear written evidence to support this review. After reviewing other low-rated reviews across all locations, I am concerned this is not an isolated experience. Based on my experience, I do not recommend the Waldron Dental company and would strongly advise avoiding this brand and all existing locations. Waldron Dental state that they dismissed the staff member who tried to fraudulently sell me finance though I’m not sure if this is true. As they have given me conflicting information I’ve attached supporting evidence. I would strongly advise avoiding this practice. Aura Dental are absolutely brilliant, I advise them instead.

   Cannot recommend Waldron Dental enough! My sister and I both underwent our orthodontic treatment and it was a seamless process from start to finish. Dr. Yu-Chen always provides a stellar service, keeping up well-informed and looked after; and Nicki always greets us with warmth, making every visit feel easy and welcoming. Very grateful with the care and that experience Waldron Dental has provided.

   Best dentist. Took the plunge finally after sending my partner here to get braces first as this is his closest dentist. I was originally going to go to a different Waldron dental which is closer to my house, but they were awful during my consultation / 3D scan. Wallington team are worth the 1.5hr travel time. They are so gentle and helpful and the receptionist is the sweetest lady ever!!!

   There was a lot of information on different options available to fill a gap in the front top teeth. But the dentist was really patient and went through each option and gave me previews of the options which was really really helpful and enabled me to make a decision that was right for me… very good experience, I’ll be returning for my chosen treatment. Can’t wait …thanks guys

   I had braces here for 2 years and throughout the process I was happy and felt supported. I have since moved away from braces and have a permanent wire. The results were amazing and I haven't had any sort of issues since taking up treatment. I feel more confident, happier and feel as though I'll be supported whenever I need something checked up or any queries. Would highly recommend!
