   Fantastic service as always. Really kind, attentive receptionist fitted me in for an emergency today. Explained it would be a sit and wait appointment and may be a long wait, but was actually seen in half an hour. Dentist lovely and very professional. Treatment received and follow up appointment booked. Thank you so much to all the team.

   Amazing team. Always try to fit you in during a dental emergency. And don't charge you for treatment you don't need. Professional, kind and personal touch being next to none. Lauren and her team don't get the recognition they deserve. I can't recommend them more than enough. Thankyou for all you do for myself and family.

   Shame I can’t give this place no stars. Where do I begin?… The most rude, arrogant, ignorant, reception people on the planet! Had an appointment last Wednesday. With 30 minutes to go until my appointment time I was sat in traffic in Epsom, where I’d moved approximately 100 yards in the previous 10 minutes. Called the business to advise that I was probably going to be late and asked if it was worthwhile turning up if this was going to be the case. Receptionist asked how long I thought I would be. How am I supposed to answer this question, based upon the information previously given? Receptionist said she would have a word with the dentist and call me back. 8 days later I’m still awaiting this call. I had cancelled a previous appointment because my back spasmed the day before and I could hardly move. Was given the third degree when called to cancel appointments. They all need to go on a course to learn some basic customer service skills.

   Outstanding practice. Very welcoming and clean. Dr Patel has been looking after my family for years now and he always makes us feel at ease and does the best he can for us. He recently removed four of my son’s teeth for braces and he made him feel less nervous as my son was very scared of needles. Would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

   After several days trying to get in contact my phone and mail I have was advised I need to find a new dentist as I missed two appointments (which I called in advance to cancel) after contracting Covid.

   I find the receptionist good at customer service. But the dentist and the assistance very unprofessional and unfriendly.They do not greet and expect you to know what to do without being told.Making you feel very uncomfortable and not explaining the treatment in detail.If they're having a bad day,they shouldn't take it on patients.Its a bad precedent.

   I had to cancel an appointment today due to I’ll health. I did not expect verbal abuse from the very rude and abrupt reception staff. I will certainly be looking for a new dentist now.

   This has been my dentist for many years now, service has always been good and staff friendly. Always get an appointment within in a week. Have had 4 crowns put in here and all are still firmly in after 2 and a half years. My partner also goes to these guys, and I recommend them to anyone
