Just finished my braces journey with Ms Zania Lung. This process was 2 years long even thought it was suggested to be 3 years and honestly from the start to the finish of the treatment, the care was outstandingly amazing. Excellent Kiri Paul is highly professional and incredibly gentle. Kiri's expertise and attention to detail are genuinely outstanding. She takes time to create a plan and explain every step of the treatment. I was walked through a complicated process, ensuring I understand what to expect. The procedure itself was quick and almost painless. If you need cosmetic or complex work this is the highly skilled dentist that you want to see. Kiri prioritised comfort checking in frequently and adjusting treatment as needed. She treated the whole person and not just the teeth. I feel fully informed and confident . Thankyou for making my dental health stress free. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable dentist . I would like to add that my granddaughter has just had her braces fitted, the orthodontist team there are equally as good . Very gentle.
My experience at the Dental Beauty Orthodontics Purley was incredible from Day one to completion of my dental treatment! I can remember a few of the staff name’s :-) The receptionist’s (Chrissy) and the practice manager Sheba was always friendly and extremely helpful! Sheba and the other receptionist went above and beyond to help me and my dad out when my car broke down outside the practice in the heat and gave my Dad some water to cool him down as he suffers with a heart condition! Wither regards to my treatment… the initial hygienists were great giving me great advice for improving my gum health! Leonor my orthodontist and her assistant Gemma (I believe her name was) were the absolute heroes who got my teeth to look amazing and more importantly my confidence back :-) They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease with the treatment plan! All in all the service at this practice was nothing short of 5 stars! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone if they’re considering dental treatment! I contacted Elegant Smiles for a Dental consultation as I had been a patient of Mr McDonagh many years ago and I needed some work. As a very nervous patient as I haven't been to the dentist for many years, the whole team made me feel totally relaxed and reassured. From Alison at reception to Dr Kirtan and the dental nurses, the kindness, care and excellent service they provided to me was absolutely outstanding! I did need to return for a few tweaks with my dental work but nothing was too much trouble. If I could give more than five stars I would. I highly recommend Elegant Smiles. You will not be disappointed
My family and I drive 40 minutes to come to this practice as the staff, service, cleanliness and pricing is impeccable! Dr Kirtan Patel is very thorough with his work and takes the time to explain your treatment options and after care in detail. The reception staff are lovely and the whole practice is very clean and welcoming. Would 100% recommend!
Needed to book a dental check up so made an appointment with Dr Kirtan Patel. He was very professional, kept me informed throughout my appointment and gave me great advice on how to keep my teeth clean. Would highly recommend. Practice was very clean and welcoming, will be returning every 6 months for my check ups!

I've only ever had positive experiences at my regular trips to Elegant Smiles. I have been seen a handful of times by Dr Kirtan over the past year. He always makes me feel at ease with my treatments, and has always given me a good level of communication and has thoroughly explained the process each step of the way. I'm grateful to have a dentist like this who is honest with their work but also honest regarding my expectations. He has always under promised and over delivered in terms of results. I have moved quite a far way from Purley now but I'll continue to keep this as my regular practice because I feel at ease here.
