   I had a fantastic experience at this dental clinic and would highly recommend it. Their booking system is incredibly convenient, offering online, telephone, and in-person options, making it super easy to schedule an appointment that fits my schedule. I visited last Friday for a hygienist appointment, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The hygienist was highly professional and thorough in her work. She not only did a great job but also gave me useful tips and advice on how to better care for my teeth and gums moving forward. The reception team is always welcoming, professional, and helpful. On the rare occasion that I’ve had an issue or question, they’ve been quick to assist and go the extra mile to ensure everything is resolved smoothly.

   I have been a patient of ConfiDental Purley for many years - Always a friendly atmosphere upon entry. My first time visiting the hygienist today though (Recommended by a family member) I will be booking in every 6 months alongside my checkup! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ sparkly clean teeth, very gentle and knowledgeable about how to keep my teeth looking great in between appointments. Throughly recommend - you will not be disappointed :)

   I’ve been going to confidential clinic for a few years now - all the staff are lovely, helpful and kind. I’d like to thank Dr S Malik especially for her patience with me (very nervous patient!) - she always puts me at ease, and is supportive though my treatment procedures, explaining the procedure as she goes and checking in throughout. She supported me though an extraction today, making the process calm, seamless and painless. Thank you so much for providing such great care! Highly recommend this practice and Dr S Malik to anyone who’s particularly nervous about visiting the dentist :)

   UPDATED: Update 29th November 2022 - ConfiDental spoke to my wife in detail and she had further treatment, and I am pleased to say the issue was successfully dealt with, I have revised my rating accordingly. Older post: Once again, poor customer treatment, and no call when promised. We now have to go on holiday with my wife in a great deal of pain. We have furthered our complaint. My wife had work on her tooth, and caused very bad pain for over four weeks. Friendly receptionists kept saying that she would get a call. No call at all despite chasing. Very poor indeed. Probably worth pointing out we live locally, and have no axe to grind.

   A few years have passed now in which i have been fortunate enough to have received dental care from Dr Soundarajan. From the perspective of someone who has had braces, she has been especially particular in ensuring my teeth remain clean and are taken care of. Each visit, i am left with a satisfaction and relief that my teeth are in good hands and that i have nothing to worry about. Every new step taken in achieving the best possible outcome for my teeth is explained slowly and clearly in a way in which i can understand what is happening. Throughout each visit, Dr Soundarajan is polite and amiable and i feel at ease in regards to the well-being of my teeth. Additionally, she displays a professional tone, providing reasoning behind what has and is happening to my teeth with further advice on good methods and products i can use at home to enhance the hygiene of my teeth. Overall, i view Dr Soundarajan to be an exceptional dentist and i am grateful to be one of her patients….thanks Namoshi Wagle

   Dr Soundrarajan is one of the best dentists I have ever had, she goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service because of her many years of experience, she know exactly what is needed. She was so good I recommended her to my my mum and she is now the only dentist we will go too. After moving over a year ago, I still get my checkups done with her. I highly recommend her and everyone I have been in contact with in the practise are very helpful and friendly.
