   I wish I could give zero stars. I went to the practice as a NHS 111 emergency patient because I have cancer and I needed to be seen that very day. I was treated with disdain, disrespect and a dismissive attitude because I was an NHS patient. She told me she couldn't do much because I was only paying £27. The dentist told me I had an infection and needed a root canal. I offered to pay £600 but was told that the endodontist wouldn't see me because all my crowns were joined together. They are not joined together. She gave me a prescription for antibiotics but, unbeknown to me, didn't stamp it. I travelled home on the train, and spoke to my Macmillan nurse on the way. She told me to start the antibiotics immediately as the infection was holding up surgery. I went to the pharmacy where I was told I could not have the prescription prepared because it wasn't stamped. I emailed the practice manager who interrogated me on the phone some 2 weeks later but offered nothing by way of apology. I have since had my root canal treatment carried out with care and attention at Wimpole Street Endodontics, a wonderful practice.

   New client here. Had my first dental assessment appointment after 7 years. (Nervous patient). I have only great praise for this dental practice. On arrival greeted by pleasant receptionist. Dr Faisal was calming, understanding and explained everything clearly. This is the first time I have ever left a dental surgery feeling relaxed. Highly recommend this surgery. Thanks to Dr Faisal and his staff.

   Had a very good experience at Gentle Dental Care after going there for the first time yesterday. I have had an issue with a wisdom tooth and Dr Faisal ran me through exactly what the issue was, what could happen further down the line, and prescribed me what I needed to fix it. He was eager to help, which isn’t common in my experiences.

   I have only just registered my children so cannot comment on dental care as yet but the receptionist Amy was extremely helpful and patient with me registering all 4 of my kids.    I would highly recommend Gentle Dental Care to anyone in need of a dentist. The whole team are amazing! When joining Gentle Dental Care (some years ago) I would see Dr Avi. It was his caring and gentle approach that made me feel confident to have any treatment needed. Dr Avi now works at another branch, but not before welcoming Dr Faisal who I am delighted to say is my regular dentist. He is brilliant! Dr Faisal is considerate, understanding and patient every time I visit. He is always willing to take time to explain the treatment clearly before making sure I am happy to proceed. I could not be happier in his care. But it is not only the clinical team who are awesome. On entering the practice you will be greeted by a lovely, happy Lamara who goes above and beyond to meet your needs whether it be with an appointment time, payment or other query, she is ready and willing to help.    I always tried to avoid going to the dentist and put up with any tooth problems I have had in the past. Have been a patient here for over 10 years and returned after a 3 years gap, haven't felt this welcomed and comfortable before. Maxine at reception is very friendly and dentist is amazing, putting you at ease!

   Me an my family haven't been using the practise long but it was recommened to us for their exellent service. I have a phobia of dentist and the staff really put me at ease and were very understanding of my epilepsy. I felt very looked after. The receptionist is always friendly too. Highly recommended.
