   Was recommended to try this practice from two colleagues and glad i did. Had a fantastic first appointment with Trisha. She was knowledgable and friendly and completely put me at ease. She provided multiple treatment options and took the time to talk me through the pros and cons of each. Found all the staff and clinic to be very welcoming and professional, and I would definitely recommend this practice!

   Every time I’ve visited the Bupa Wallington practice, I’ve been seen promptly and the staff have been absolutely lovely. The dentist, Faye was amazing. I came in with a broken crown and not only did she repair it temporarily and arrange a new one, but she also checked in on me and made sure I was feeling okay. Her assistant, Olivia, was wonderful as well and really helped put me at ease.I had a late appointment and even the receptionist was chirpy after a long day!

   While on holiday in London, I chipped a molar while trick or treating with the nieces.. I phoned the practice at 09h00 on a Saturday & spoke to Chloe who was incredible & booked me in at 14h30 the same day.. Doctor Faye was very compassionate & made me feel completely at ease.. I was in & out in 30 minutes with a repaired tooth & a big smile on my face.. I honestly cannot rate Chole & Faye highly enough.. They are both lovely & a real credit to the Bupa Wallington Practice..

   A well managed practice with a great reception team, welcoming and very professional. The dentist Dr Arun Patel, we use for more than 15 years (my children grow up using this dentist) is very professional and all the time explains in detail what it is the best dental care for my children, his assistant is professional too. The place is clean and nice. Taking everything in consideration, the level of care, the efficiency, I highly recommend Bupa Dental Care Wallington. Thank you Dr Patel and all Bupa team.

   Faye and Valerie were exceptional with their care for a very nervous patient. They were sincere in their actions and treatment of me and handled my fears with great care, as a result I felt heard, secure and confident to trust them to provide me with what has been the best dental care I've ever had. Would highly recommend them along with the receptionist team. This is more than just a work for them it's their passion.

   I had been with this dentist for many years and felt they looked after my teeth very well and although the dentists I saw changed frequently, I was still happy to stay with them and the reception staff always friendly. However, the last time I went about 3 years ago, Grace told me I needed two fillings. When my partner suggested I try his Dentist, I went along and was told I didn't need two fillings! Haven't been back since.

   Myself and my kids have Faye as our dentist and I honestly cannot rate her highly enough! (aswell as Val and another lovely nurse who has worked with Faye a few times recently). From the moment I get in there I always feel so at ease (Which isn't very common for me in most public places). I have had a lot of treatment done with my teeth over the years and each time Faye has been beyond fantastic, Caring and gentle, she is also absolutely amazing with my children who enjoy going there. Occasionally It's not the easiest to get an urgent appointment at very short notice if you need one, as sometimes for unforeseen circumstances they are short on dentists working that day, which is understandable, however they do try their best to help! Everyone at this practise is so welcoming and lovely (especially Faye), I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

   I have been attending this practice for 15 years. Everyone from reception to dentist are courteous helpful and aware of the patient's need. I see Fay, both she and Val are aware of my nervousness which never gets better and they do their utmost to calm me. In effect I am so satisfied with the practice as a whole that I have recommended it. Oh and by the way Fay is a very good dentist and ensures my teeth stay healthy.
