Victoria was lovely, very professional and explained everything during my two girls appointment. Victoria and the dental nurse were both friendly and hope to see them again in 6 months. Best experience so far at this dental practice.
I am very satisfied with this dental practice. Dr KT is an amazing dentist: kind, gentle, will always explain what she is doing and is very good if you are nervous. Admin staff always helpful.
We always take our kids for the routine check-ups and for the treatments. Easy to book an appointments and kind and friendly staff.
Absolutely outrageous dental practice! They discriminate to NHS patients, lose important forms, Particularly DR K THILLAINATHAN & DR JASMIN RAHMAN on the ground floor surgery room. I was asked before treatment whether I pay for my dental care when I responded I was NHS patient they told me I had to go home and take ibuprofen. I then went back the next morning where they let 3 people infront of me because they lost my paperwork although I had only been there less than 24 hours prior! When they finally saw me and I explained the agony I was in AGAIN they refused me an xray and antibiotics despite there being a clear infection and puss coming out of my mouth! I begged and pleaded & they finally gave me a prescription. Long story short if you have toothache punch your own tooth out & see a pharmacist - I fully expect a rude response to this review as I did in the practice and as I can see below they have done on other negative reviews! AVOID !!
I had a crown fitted and a filling done today by Dr KT, and I can honestly say she is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been treated by. I’ve seen several dentists over the years, but none have come close to her level of expertise, precision, and the way she treats her patients – at least in my case. I used to be quite anxious about dental visits due to previous negative experiences, but Dr KT completely changed that with her skill, calm presence, and genuine kindness. She made me feel safe, listened to, and well cared for throughout the entire process. The entire team at the practice is also incredibly friendly, supportive, and professional. I truly cannot recommend Dr KT highly enough – both her work and her manner are absolutely outstanding.
Daughter (7) has had two extractions now. Both times were staff were extremely patient, friendly and made the whole situation alot less stressful. They explained the whole proceadure to my daughter and this really helped her nerves. Thank you

Been a patient here for many years. Have always been well looked after. Don't have to wait too long for an appointment and not kept waiting around on the day. Very punctual. Great dentist.
Horrible experience at this place. They chipped my front tooth. Had to see the dentist two other times to see if any damage happened with two different dentists one the owner Dr Kate herself. The other was a male dentist told me it would get worst and Dr Kate told me to watch what I eat from now on. Gave me terrible anxiety. After contacted me asking me to pay for the appointments even though I showed them evidence on all my appointments beforehand that I was a NHS patient. Called me and saying they will charging me £100. Appalling work and disorganisation. If you’re NHS do not go here even if you’re not a NHS patient. I suggest looking elsewhere or going to Woodcote green and paying for an appointment. I paid to go to Woodcote green and it was worth the money to ease my anxiety.
