I highly recommend hygienist Jyothi !@ Im usually very nervous about dental appointments,but they were incredibly kind and gentle.They explained everything they were doing every step of the way which really put my mind at ease. My teeth fell amazing and I no longer dread my hygiene appointments. Thank you for such a positive experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Nikesh Patel very good dentist and made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. He was honest which I liked and also suggested the best options he answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend him to others.
I wouldn't give any stars to a place who displays disability discrimination and lack of integrity. They lied and said I failed 3 appointments which is a lie and it's only because when I made an appointment I would request same floor level and the receptionist , cianna did not do that so I attended my appointment 2/3 times with them putting me upstairs for an appointment which then had to cancelled and changed but this horrible practice put it as FTA. On the 22/09/2025 I attended my appointment and was made to wait over an hour ,because they done the same mistake and the dentistry had to wait for a space on the same floo, distressing me. Yesterday I attended my appointment 6/7 mins late because of mental health issues they said I cannot be seen and that I missed 3 appointments , which is a lie and they have CCTV to show these so called 3 missed appointments, basically they set me up just so they won't adhere to my physical needs. Also the receptionist cianna (browning with fake eyelashes , black hair) did not book 1 appointment correctly , ciannas the name she gave me but I believe it to be false, hence why description was added. Deborah the manager was very unprofessional and did not even care or listen for a second to what I had to say , Deborah was very rude and arrogant ,she also refused to give me any head office details or her managers email address or any thing to adress these concerns, so I will be escalating this to civil courts for disability discrimination because no-one should be treated like that.
I came in to see Dr Stanislava. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and I’m already a nervous patient. She made me feel so calm and relaxed and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She explained the x-rays as well as what she is going to do. I would recommend going to her as I could tell she genuinely cared! A special mention to her nurse as well, who was friendly.
The dentist is great , welcoming nice staff, but when I go for checkups they don’t really check my teeth and I have a gap in my front tooth and it has gotten bigger, they said straight up to me I’m not qualified by nhs but I’ve spoken to friends and they’ve got their braces after 2 checkups and their local dentist how comes?? It’s been getting larger and I’m kind of insecure.
Iv just recently started coming to croydon dental practice and all I can say is wow. The girls at reception go above and beyond to try and get an appointment as soon as possible. They’re all so polite and easy to speak to. Arati has been mine and my 2 sons dentist and she was incredible with my 3 year old making him feel at ease and allowed her to look at his teeth which he won’t ever go near anyone let alone allow them to look at his teeth! So that alone was 5* for me and myself I’m very nervous of the dentist but again she makes me feel at ease. And I’m so happy with her work I highly reccomend croydon dental practice!
Jade is a young lady with a learning disability. Nick the dentist has been brilliant with her. Jade was very scared of the dentist. Nicks patience and understanding has really helpful, she's still nervous, but Jade will now go to the dentist. We would like to thank everyone at the dental surgery for their help and understanding.
Reception staff always helpful. I am a nervous patient but the dentist always puts me at ease and goes at my pace. Highly recommend
Have being visiting this dentist for years and have always been satisfied with the attention to detail from Arti and her team. Would highly recommend her for all dental care. Highly professional and calm. Well done to all team, from reception to the persons behind the scene.
After reading so many mixed reviews, I took the chance and visited the practise today. I had been looking for a dentist for a while and I surely wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted by the kind, helpful reception staff and the experience only got better throughout my visit. I met with Dr Heena Patel, who really is a credit to rest of the team there. She was so gentle, accommodating, patient and overall a fantastic dentist. Her expertise in the industry really did show throughout my check up. She managed to solve my problem in less than 5 minutes. Huge successful trip for me and this will definitely be my regular dentist and practise from now.
