   I had an excellent experience at Trinity Dental Practice. Dr Anne-Marie and Yamine were amazing from start to finish, professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and the quality of their work was outstanding. The whole team was friendly and welcoming, and the environment was clean and calming. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

   Really disappointed. Registered with practice, received a call today (3rdOct) to come in at a specific time 2.20pm. Arrived on time and completed registration forms. Receptionist lacked energy, or any customer service and was generally rude. I sat for 20 mins after my scheduled appointment, whilst she was peering into her phone. I then asked what is happening. She then told me she'll message the Dentist to check (really??). Then told me it'll be another 5-10 mins. Another gentleman was waiting and asked the same question. Then suddenly she started mentioning there was an emergency (again???). I was then asked as I live close (in her opinion) can I come back later? So I left work to attend, I drove over and then after 20-25 minutes I received a non-plus throw away comment to come back. From the time I arrived there was no mention of a delay, emergency, nothing. Anyhow, I left, took my form and told her I wont be coming back. What has happened to customer service. Maybe I didn't look like I worked, possible stereotyping. Anyhow, I wasted my time and definitely lost my service, well it did not even start. I won't be recommending this dental practice either.

   Amazing service and great practise in total. I rang up and enquired and got an appointment within a couple of weeks. Communication is great, I was contacted ahead of two appointments asking if I wanted to bring these forward. These were arranged simply. Definitely recommend!

   Customer Service at Trinity Dental is always on point. They have the most polite and patient staff and both Dr Agyekum and Abigail are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of. Extremely grateful for this dentist and I can’t wait for my next visit!
