I'm an anxious patient that has been going here for over 10 years. Staff are very accommodating & considerate. I couldn't even feel my last X3 injections as they were done, great dentist.
The front desk staff was great. However, I paid £103 solely for a hygiene appointment (teeth cleaning) and after removing the plaque they only polish the teeth that have plaque. This appoint was under 15 minutes. It would take 2 minutes to clean the rest of the teeth and isn't that what I'm paying for? A cleaning? My mouth was full of paste so before I could say anything the hygienist threw away all of the cleaning tools and was visibly ready for me to leave. I was astounded. I would not recommend a business that is cutting corners like this–its not good business and for what? To save two minutes? Really disappointed, do not recommend, vote with your money and go elsewhere.
I went to my 10:00 appointment but I was only 5 minutes late for it. Then, when l went to the front desk, the lady RUDELY shouted at me that l was late, and she didn't even ask me why l was coming here. I explained to her in a calm tone that l was only 5 minutes late because of the traffic; and she said that they can't take me in and she can't even reschedule the appointment. Suddenly, out of nowhere, SHE'D ASKED ME TO PAY £86 FOR NOTHING. So why do l have to pay for nothing? When l was in traffic l tried to call the dentist to inform that l was late, but they didn't pick up the phone, and l called them 3 or 4 times. I don't recommend this place and l hope this review helps anyone. Thank you reading this review.
I had my dental hygiene session with Pooja and honestly, it felt like more than just a dental appointment — it was like therapy. I came in really anxious, but Pooja took the time to listen, reassure me and make sure I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. Very grateful to the whole team from the front desk to the skilled dentist Hannah and her able assistant who all calmly dealt with me & fitted me into a cancellation slot to repair my chipped front teeth after tripping and falling flat on my face. All I need to wait for is the bruising and grazing to go down but at least I can smile again!
All staff was professional and kind. Doctor explained me what she will do and answered all my questions. No pain!

Amazing Dental Practice from Receptions to Dr Dentist and their assistant. My Dentist Dr Mano and Assistant Sharon are very professional at everything they do. They are proactive and know their job and doing it with great pleasure and satisfaction to client. They have modern equipment and I greatly recommend the practice to everyone.
