   I have had experience of many dentists and dental practices over the years with all the dental issues I have had. This has to be the very best dentist and dental practice I have come across. From the moment I stepped in I was welcomed by Mozma, the kind and attentive receptionist, who put me at ease with her friendly manner. The dentist Farah is a consummate professional who is truly passionate about her work and doing the very best for her patients. She has made life changing improvements to my teeth and my smile, something that I had given up on years ago. The dental nurse Cianka was friendly and worked in a solid team with the dentist, they all have a close understanding and work brilliantly as a team. I cannot praise this practice enough and feel privileged to be their patient and feel so reassured that I am now in the safe hands of a dentist who actually cares about me.

   After breaking my front tooth I called the practice. After speaking to a lovely receptionist I was booked in for an appointment. For someone who has been avoiding the dentist for a very long time I was very nervous. But the dentist and nurse were amazing I was calm and felt comfortable and my treatment was painless. She kept asking if I was ok and even played my favourite music whilst having my treatment. An amazing team from the Receptionist to The Dentist. I have now registered with the practice for further treatment. Thank you so much Ivory practice.

   Dr Farah is an absolute genius! Always punctual (often sees us before the scheduled time) and does the job within minutes. The practice has excellent teamwork and communication with a cheerful receptionist who always makes you feel welcome and a nurse who is very professional. I've had several tooth extractions with Dr Ramjohn years ago for my orthodontic treatment and now my younger sister is having the same exceptional service years later. Thanks to Dr Farah and her team, I'm able to smile with confidence and soon my sister will be able to as well. Keep up the outstanding work!

   Amazing treatment and kindness from the staff. The dentist talk with you, explain everything and actual listen and do what you ask. I first went here as it was the closest to home and now that I moved outside London we still travel 2 hours to come here. They always find space to see us as a family.

   As a NHS patient, this is the best dental practise I have been too in years. Wonderful staff, very cosy interior and the best customer service one can ask for. The dentist herself does a fantastic job had 2 crown fitted flawlessly. The dentist puts her patients interest first above all things. She makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied everytime. I can't recommend any other place but the Ivory. If you even need to ask for information about your dental work the dentist is more than willing to give any information that might help your query. If I were not a NHS patient I would be more than willing to pay the premium for the level of service they provide
