   My mom has been receiving check-ups and tooth extractions at this dental practice with Dr Clelia and nurse Brilinda, who are always kind, welcoming, and professional. They treat her wonderfully, and she genuinely looks forward to every visit. She absolutely loves this dentist.

   I visited the Clocktower Dental Surgery with my 4 year old daughter and we had an amazing experience. She was nervous and crying when we arrived, but the dentist, Helen, immediately put her at ease by calling her name while blowing soap bubbles, my daughter started laughing straight away! Dr. Helen was incredibly friendly and made the whole visit calm, gentle, and enjoyable for my little one. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and welcoming. Overall, I’m so grateful for the wonderful care we received. Highly recommended!

   This place is a hidden gem tucked just off the high street. I took my infant here for his first check-up. The facilities are nice. Waiting room and reception area are very clean and spacious enough for me to navigate my pushchair. The receptionists were polite and friendly. We didn’t wait long to be seen after checking in. He was seen by a very knowledgable practitioner, who was baby-friendly too. Gave lots of useful advice and regularly checked if I had any questions. Looking forward to our next visit. If you drive here, there is also a car park conveniently just across the road.

   I absolutely love this dentist and all the staff. I got a few fillings with them over a few weeks. Dr Hephzi Day was my dentist and she was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. They genuinely seem to care about you here. The ladies on reception are so warming and sweet and also spike up a convo. Love everyone here.

   If any dental treatment is required I would most definitely and highly recommend this surgery, from the moment you step in the receptionists are very professional and pleasant creating a friendly atmosphere to relax you before your appointment. If possible I would highly recommend Dr. Clelia, very pleasant and professional giving superb service explaining all options for private and NHS dental care so you can have the best treatment for your needs and can also mix and match to get the best dental treatment suitable for you. Also a big shout out for Brilinda who on the day was well prepared and organised along with another dental nurse from the previous visit whose name I didn't get. But overall brilliant service keep up the great work. Had to pop back in today for a quick fix and a quick fix it was with Clelia and the brilliant Mika who together once again did there magic, also a big shout out to the lovely ladies at the front desk who are superstars in their own brilliant way.

   I recently joined the surgery as a new patient and must say it's the best dentist practice you could ever want. All the staff from the receptionist to the dentist are all so nice and caring. Dr Courtney is such a great dentist. She is always reassuring and kind when carrying out work on you. The practice is in a very nice and modern building. The inside of it is also very clean. Would highly recommend.

   This is a great dental practice. I went in for a hygiene clean and the staff there were so friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile on their faces which was so welcoming. when I had my appointment the clinician took her time to hear me and really acknowledge my concern about by gums , throughout the clean she was checking if I was ok and not in any pain or discomfort . I didn't feel rushed at all through out the appointment . she gave me some very helpful advise on how I can maintain my gum health and showed me some dental aids that I can use at home. Cant wait to see her again !!. highly recommend

   I was recommended to the Clocktower Dental Surgery.From day one of signing up with this dental practice I have nothing but high praises. Exceptional, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, these are just some of the words to express how good this dental surgery is. I think this surgery should be given some sort of award for their professionalism and excellent service from the dentist to the receptionist. Good customer service is key. I rave about this practice to my friends and colleagues. 5 starts without a doubt. I hope they continue with this excellent service they provide.

   Definitely 5 stars! The dentists and hygienist are always excellent, they are so patient and will always explain everything to you clearly. They provide excellent care, and great advice, they really look after my teeth. Also I have been a patient for a while and have never had to wait. What really makes this surgery stand apart from others is the reception staff. I have never known any business to be able to consistently have such lovely and helpful reception staff, every single reception staff member will make sure every visit is a pleasant one and will always go over and above to make you comfortable.
