My experience previous dentist who owned the practice cared. Current owners don't your not allowed to raise concerns without a dentist being offended and then blocking you from seeing a different. Does not know how to deal with a patient concerns. Reviews are solicited and not genuine.

Wonderful dental practice. Both my husband and I have used this practice for many years and have always received excellent treatment. The dentists are professional and highly skilled in all aspects of dentistry. They also have a great hygienist. 5 stars from us
I’ve been a patient of Dr.Roshan for a 2 years and I can confidently say it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and highly professional. They take the time to explain every step of the procedure, answer all questions, and genuinely care about your comfort and long-term dental .I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process, and the results were outstanding. The clinic is also very clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which adds to the confidence you feel being in capable hands. I have just returned from another great visit to this dental surgery. Dr Roshan Devalia was rigorous in his examination and took the time to talk me through his findings. I always feel confident after these consultations. Colleen, the hygienist, took care throughout her work and was gentle but thorough. It is always a pleasure to talk with Neena, the Head Receptionist, who is committed to making the patient experience as good as it can possibly be. She is competent, gentle and kind. I fully recommend this dental surgery!
I had a terrible experience with the last dentist I saw, (different practice) and hadn't been for ages, then of course covid. My teeth were in a terrible state and this made me even more nervous about going to a dentist. I decided to try this dental practice based on good reviews and was very pleased with the service and the patience of Somana my dentist She was absolutely wonderful. She sorted out my problems with great efficiency and kindness. A true professional, she kept me informed about everything she was doing. The dental assistants and receptionists are all polite and efficient.
I would like to say. Thanks so much for the work done on my teeth. More then happy. Service was excellent and of course my dentist was amazing kepted me updated and informed with what he was doing with my teeth. Thanks.
Really disappointed with this practice introducing a deposit of £30 without which I am told they won’t book appointment having been a patient for over a decade.Only those who have a history of missing appointments should have to pay not everyone.Absolutely disgusting in this cost of living crisis. Seriously considering moving practice.Shame as the dentists have been good thus far!
Dentist youmei jeurissen saw me for a regular checkup, she was amazing . One of the best dentist I have met and makes you feel instantly comfortable. This dentist has been excellent so far and have been excellent in informing me what exactly needs to be done and saving me money . Throughly recommend this practice .
Great dental professionals. My issue is with the protocol of the practice/ admin.. Charging a “deposit “ on booking an appointment, then deciding not to on another visit. Inconsistency isn’t very reassuring, but also, asking someone to pay ahead of a service not yet received suggests they doubt the integrity of their patients. Sadly, this left a bitter taste in my (very well maintained mouth!) and I’m considering going elsewhere.
